11.1. Alif - Lâm - Râ. C'est un Livre aux versets solidement établis, suffisamment détaillés, émanant d'un Sage parfaitement Informé,

11.2. qui vous prescrit de n'adorer que Dieu ! Je suis chargé par Lui de vous avertir et de vous annoncer la bonne nouvelle.

11.3. Implorez donc le pardon de votre Seigneur ! Revenez repentants à Lui ! Il vous assurera une vie heureuse ici-bas jusqu'au terme fixé, et Il accordera Sa faveur à tout homme de mérite. Mais si vous vous détournez de Lui, je crains pour vous les tourments d'un grand jour,

11.4. car c'est vers Dieu que se fera votre retour, et Sa puissance n'a point de limite.

11.5. Or, ne voilà-t-il pas qu'ils se replient sur eux-mêmes pour se cacher de Dieu? Mais ne savent-ils pas que, au moment même où ils s'enfouissent sous leurs habits, Dieu connaît déjà ce qu'ils dissimulent et ce qu'ils divulguent, car Il voit dans le tréfonds des cœurs?

11.6. Il n'est point de créature sur Terre qui n'attende de Dieu sa pâture et dont Dieu ne connaisse le repaire et le lieu de sa mort, car tout est consigné dans un Livre explicite !

11.7. C'est Lui qui a créé les Cieux et la Terre en six jours, alors que Son Trône reposait sur l'eau, pour vous mettre à l'épreuve et reconnaître ceux d'entre vous qui agiraient le mieux. Or, si tu leur dis : «Vous serez certainement ressuscités après votre mort», les incrédules ne manqueront pas de dire : «Cela relève manifestement de la pure magie !»

11.8. Et si Nous reportons le châtiment qui doit les frapper à une date déterminée, ils diront : «Qu'est-ce donc qui le retient?» Qu'ils sachent que le jour où il se produira, rien ne pourra les en sauver, et que ce dont ils se moquaient les enveloppera de toutes parts !

11.9. Faisons-Nous goûter à l'homme un bienfait de Notre part et l'en privons-Nous ensuite, il est alors livré au désespoir et plein d'ingratitude !

11.10. Lui faisons-Nous goûter un bienfait de Notre part, après qu'un malheur l'a frappé, alors aussitôt il s'écrie : «C'en est fini enfin de mes malheurs !», plein de joie et de gloriole.

11.11. Seuls ceux qui patientent et pratiquent de bonnes œuvres obtiendront pardon et belle récompense.

11.12. Il se peut que tu sois tenté de délaisser une partie de ce qui t'a été révélé et que tu ressentes un serrement de cœur lorsque tu les entends dire : «Que ne lui envoie-t-on un trésor du Ciel, ou que ne lui adjoigne-t-on un ange?» Rappelle-toi que tu n'es qu'un avertisseur et que c'est Dieu qui est le Gérant de l'Univers !

11.13. Diront-ils : «C'est Muhmmad qui a inventé ce Coran !» Réponds-leur : «Eh bien ! Inventez vous-mêmes dix sourates pareilles ! Et faites-vous aider par qui vous pourrez, hormis Dieu, si vous êtes véridiques !»

11.14. S'ils ne vous répondent pas, apprenez alors que ce qui a été révélé relève uniquement du savoir de Dieu, en dehors de qui il n'y a point d'autre divinité. Finirez-vous donc par vous soumettre à Lui?

11.15. Ceux dont l'ambition se limite aux plaisirs et au faste de ce monde, Nous rétribuerons leurs efforts dans ce monde même, sans leur faire subir la moindre injustice ,

11.16. mais ceux-là n'auront dans la vie future que le Feu, car toutes leurs œuvres ici-bas seront vaines et tout ce qu'ils auront accompli sur Terre sera sans valeur.

11.17. Peut-on comparer ces gens-là à ceux qui se réfèrent à une preuve évidente émanant de leur Seigneur, et qu'un témoin envoyé par Lui vient leur réciter, corroborant ainsi l'Écriture de Moïse, qui était révélée pour servir de guide et de bénédiction? Ce sont ceux-là les vrais croyants ! Quant à ceux, parmi les factieux, qui refusent de croire, ceux-là, leur rendez-vous est déjà pris avec l'Enfer. N'aie aucun doute là-dessus, car c'est là la stricte Vérité émanant de ton Seigneur ! Mais la plupart des hommes n'y croient pas.

11.18. Y a-t-il plus coupables que ceux qui inventent des mensonges sur le compte de Dieu? Ceux-là comparaîtront devant leur Seigneur et les témoins s'écrieront : «Les voilà, ceux qui ont attribué des mensonges à leur Seigneur !» Que la malédiction de Dieu s'abatte sur les coupables,

11.19. qui détournent leurs semblables de la Voie de Dieu, qu'ils cherchent à rendre tortueuse et qui ne croient pas à la vie future !

11.20. Ceux-là ne sauraient tenir Dieu en échec sur Terre, pas plus qu'ils ne sauraient trouver contre Son châtiment de protecteur. Mais leurs tourments seront portés au double pour n'avoir voulu ni entendre ni voir.

11.21. Ceux-là auront été eux-mêmes les artisans de leur propre perte, de même qu'ils auront vu disparaître leurs divinités mensongères !

11.22. Nul doute qu'ils seront les plus grands perdants dans la vie future !

11.23. Ceux, au contraire, qui auront cru, accompli de bonnes œuvres et fait preuve d'humilité devant leur Seigneur, ceux-là auront le Paradis pour séjour éternel.

11.24. Ces deux groupes ressemblent l'un à l'aveugle et au sourd, l'autre à celui qui voit et qui entend. Ces deux groupes sont-ils égaux? Finirez-vous donc par le comprendre?

11.25. Nous avions déjà envoyé Noé à son peuple : «Je suis chargé solennellement, dit-il, de vous avertir,

11.26. afin que vous n'adoriez que Dieu. Je crains pour vous le châtiment d'un jour terrible.»

11.27. Mais les notables de son peuple qui étaient incrédules lui dirent : «Nous ne voyons en toi qu'un mortel semblable à nous. Nous constatons que seule la lie de notre peuple t'a suivi sans réfléchir et nous ne vous reconnaissons aucun avantage sur nous. Bien plus, vous n'êtes pour nous que des imposteurs !»

11.28. – «Ô mon peuple !, répliqua Noé, que vous en semble? Si, par la grâce de mon Seigneur, je suis pourvu par Lui d'une preuve évidente qui demeure pour vous incomprise, devrons-nous vous l'imposer en dépit de votre répugnance?

11.29. Ô mon peuple ! Je ne vous réclame en retour aucun salaire, car je n'attends de rétribution que de mon Seigneur. De plus, je ne puis repousser ceux qui ont cru, et qui auront un jour à rencontrer leur Seigneur. Mais je vois bien que j'ai affaire à un peuple d'ignorants !

11.30. Ô mon peuple ! Qui viendrait à mon secours contre Dieu si jamais je les chassais? Ne réfléchissez-vous donc point?

11.31. Je ne prétends pas détenir les trésors de Dieu ni être au courant du mystère , je ne dis pas que je suis un ange, et je ne dis pas à ceux que vous regardez avec mépris que Dieu ne leur accordera aucune faveur, car Dieu seul sait ce qu'ils recèlent dans leurs cœurs. Si je le disais, je serais moi-même du nombre des injustes !»

11.32. – «Ô Noé, dirent-ils, assez discuté ! Car nous avons jusqu'ici abondamment discuté. Provoque donc ce malheur dont tu ne cesses de nous menacer, pour autant que tu sois sincère !»

11.33. Noé leur répondit : «C'est Dieu qui vous l'enverra, s'Il le veut, et ce n'est pas vous qui pourrez L'en empêcher !

11.34. Les conseils que je pourrais vous donner ne vous serviraient à rien, si Dieu décidait de vous égarer, car Il est votre Seigneur et c'est à Lui que vous serez ramenés.»

11.35. Diront-ils : «Il a inventé ce Coran», réponds-leur : «Si je l'ai inventé, c'est sur moi que retombera le poids de mon forfait, mais je suis totalement innocent de ce dont vous m'accusez.»

11.36. Puis il fut révélé à Noé : «Plus personne ne se convertira parmi ton peuple, à part ceux qui avaient déjà cru. Ne t'afflige donc point de ce qu'ils faisaient !

11.37. Construis l'arche sous Nos yeux, d'après les directives qui te seront révélées ! Et n'interviens plus en faveur des impies, car ils sont voués à être noyés !»

11.38. Noé entreprit la construction de l'arche , et chaque fois que les grands de son peuple passaient, ils se moquaient de lui. «Si vous vous moquez de nous aujourd'hui, leur disait Noé, nous nous moquerons bientôt de vous à notre tour !

11.39. Et vous saurez bientôt qui subira un châtiment avilissant et à qui est réservé un supplice permanent !»

11.40. Et lorsque Notre ordre fut donné et que le four se mit à bouillonner, Nous dîmes alors à Noé : «Charge dans l'arche un couple de chaque espèce, ainsi que ta famille, excepté ceux contre qui l'arrêt a déjà été prononcé. Embarque aussi tous ceux qui avaient cru !» Mais, en vérité, ceux-ci étaient fort peu nombreux.

11.41. «Montez dans l'arche !, dit Noé. Et qu'au nom de Dieu s'accomplissent sa course et son mouillage ! En vérité, mon Seigneur est Clément et Miséricordieux !»

11.42. L'arche commença alors à voguer au milieu d'énormes vagues, aussi hautes que des montagnes. Noé appela son fils qui était resté à l'écart : «Mon cher fils, monte avec nous ! Ne reste pas avec les impies !»

11.43. – «Je vais me retirer, dit-il, sur une montagne qui me mettra à l'abri des eaux !» – «Nul n'échappera aujourd'hui à l'arrêt de Dieu, excepté celui qui aura bénéficié de Sa grâce !», dit Noé. Puis les flots s'interposèrent entre eux , et le fils de Noé fut submergé.

11.44. Et il fut dit : «Ô terre, absorbe tes eaux ! Et toi, ciel, arrête tes pluies !» Et aussitôt les eaux baissèrent, l'ordre de Dieu fut exécuté et l'arche s'arrêta sur le mont Jûdî . Et l'on entendit dire : «Loin d'ici la gent perverse !»

11.45. Noé adressa alors cette prière à son Seigneur : «Seigneur, dit-il, mon fils fait partie des miens. Ta promesse est la Vérité même et Tu es le plus Équitable des juges !»

11.46. – «Ô Noé !, répondit le Seigneur, celui-là ne fait point partie des tiens, car il a commis un acte impie. Ne Me parle donc pas de ce que tu ne sais pas ! Je t'exhorte afin que tu ne sois pas du nombre des ignorants.»

11.47. – «Seigneur, dit Noé, je cherche refuge auprès de Toi contre toute demande de ma part au sujet de choses qui me dépassent. Si Tu ne me pardonnes pas et ne m'accordes pas Ta misé-ricorde, je serai du nombre des perdants.»

11.48. – «Ô Noé, lui fut-il dit, débarque en paix et avec Nos bénédictions, pour toi et pour les communautés qui seront les descendants de tes compagnons. Il est cependant d'autres communautés que Nous ferons jouir des biens de ce monde et auxquelles Nous infligerons ensuite un châtiment douloureux !»

11.49. Ce sont là quelques nouvelles du mystère du monde que Nous te révélons, et que ni toi ni ton peuple ne connaissaient jusqu'ici. Sois patient ! Une heureuse fin est réservée à ceux qui craignent le Seigneur.

11.50. Aux `Âd Nous avons envoyé leur frère Hûd. «Ô mon peuple, dit-il, adorez Dieu, car vous n'avez d'autre divinité que Lui ! Tous les autres cultes que vous forgez ne sont que des mensonges.

11.51. Ô mon peuple ! Je ne vous réclame aucun salaire en échange. Je n'attends ma rétribution que de Celui qui m'a créé. Ne raisonnez-vous donc point?

11.52. Ô mon peuple ! Demandez pardon à votre Seigneur, et repentez-vous à Lui. Il vous enverra du ciel une pluie abondante et accroîtra vos forces. Ne vous détournez donc pas de Lui en devenant rebelles !»

11.53. – «Ô Hûd, lui dirent-ils, tu ne nous apportes aucun signe évident. Nous n'abandonnerons donc pas nos divinités sur tes simples paroles, car nous n'avons pas confiance en toi !

11.54. Nous dirons plutôt que l'une de nos divinités t'a dérangé l'esprit !» – «Je prends Dieu à témoin !, dit Hûd. Et témoignez vous-mêmes que je désavoue les divinités que vous adorez

11.55. en dehors de Dieu. Mettez en œuvre toutes vos perfidies contre moi et ne m'accordez aucun répit !

11.56. Je m'en remets à Dieu qui est mon Seigneur et le Vôtre. Il n'est point d'être vivant qui ne soit soumis à Sa loi. Mon Dieu est, certes, sur un chemin droit.

11.57. Et si vous vous détournez, je vous aurai du moins transmis le message que j'étais chargé de vous faire parvenir, et mon Seigneur vous remplacera par un autre peuple, sans que vous puissiez Lui nuire, car mon Seigneur est de toute chose le Gardien vigilant.»

11.58. Et lorsque Notre ordre fut donné, Nous sauvâmes Hûd et ceux qui avaient cru avec lui, par un effet de Notre miséricorde. Nous les sauvâmes d'un terrible tourment.

11.59. Telle fut l'histoire du peuple de `Âd qui avait nié les signes de son Seigneur, désobéi à Ses prophètes et suivi les ordres de tout tyran rebelle.

11.60. Maudit à jamais ici-bas, il le sera aussi dans l'autre monde. Le peuple de `Âd a, en effet, renié son Seigneur. Périsse donc `Âd, peuple de Hûd !

11.61. Aux Thamûd Nous avons envoyé leur frère Sâlih. «Ô mon peuple, dit-il, adorez Dieu ! Vous n'avez d'autre divinité que Lui ! C'est Lui qui vous a formés de la terre et qui vous y a établis. Demandez-Lui pardon et revenez repentants vers Lui, car mon Seigneur est si Proche et si Prompt à exaucer les prières !»

11.62. – «Ô Sâlih !, répondirent-ils, tu étais jusqu'ici l'objet de nos espérances. Vas-tu à présent nous interdire d'adorer ce que nos pères adoraient? En vérité, nous avons des doutes troublants au sujet du culte auquel tu nous invites !»

11.63. – «Ô mon peuple !, dit-il, que vous en semble, si j'étais nanti d'une preuve évidente par mon Seigneur et s'Il m'avait accordé Sa miséricorde, qui me protégerait donc contre Dieu si je venais à Lui désobéir? Vous ne feriez alors qu'ajouter à ma perte !

11.64. Ô mon peuple ! Voici comme signe pour vous la chamelle de Dieu ! Laissez-la paître sur la terre de Dieu, et ne lui faites aucun mal , sinon, votre châtiment ne se fera pas attendre !»

11.65. Mais ils égorgèrent la chamelle. Sâlih leur dit alors : «Profitez de ces trois jours encore dans vos demeures ! Et c'est une promesse que rien ne viendra démentir.»

11.66. Et lorsque Notre ordre fut donné, Nous sauvâmes Sâlih et ceux qui avaient cru avec lui, par un effet de Notre miséricorde, de l'ignominie de ce jour-là, car, en vérité, ton Seigneur est le Fort et le Puissant.

11.67. Et le grondement terrifiant saisit alors ceux qui avaient été injustes et, le lendemain, ils gisaient inertes dans leurs demeures,

11.68. comme s'ils n'y avaient jamais prospéré. Les Thamûd ont, en effet, renié leur Seigneur. Arrière donc au peuple de Thamûd !

11.69. Nos émissaires vinrent trouver Abraham pour lui annoncer la bonne nouvelle. «Salâm !», lui dirent-ils. «Salâm !», répondit Abraham. Et peu après, il leur servit un veau rôti.

11.70. Voyant qu'ils ne faisaient pas honneur au plat, il les trouva étranges et en eut peur. «N'aie crainte, lui dirent-ils. C'est vers le peuple de Loth que nous sommes envoyés.»

11.71. La femme d'Abraham, qui se tenait à côté, se mit à rire. Nous lui annonçâmes la naissance d'Isaac et celle de Jacob après lui.

11.72. «Est-ce possible?, s'écria-t-elle. Moi, avoir un enfant à mon âge si avancé et alors que mon mari que voici est un vieillard? Ce serait là vraiment une chose bien étrange !»

11.73. Et les émissaires de répliquer : «Comment peux-tu t'étonner de l'ordre de Dieu? Que la miséricorde de Dieu et Ses bénédictions soient sur vous, ô habitants de cette demeure ! Dieu seul est Digne de louange et de gloire.»

11.74. Lorsque Abraham fut remis de sa peur et qu'il eut reçu la bonne nouvelle, il se mit à plaider, devant Nous, la cause du peuple de Loth,

11.75. car Abraham était doux, compatissant et enclin au repentir.

11.76. «Ô Abraham, dirent les émissaires, cesse de défendre leur cause ! L'arrêt de ton Seigneur est déjà pris. Un châtiment irrévocable doit les frapper.»

11.77. Et quand Nos envoyés arrivèrent chez Loth, il en fut très affligé, car il ne savait pas comment les protéger. «Quelle pénible journée !», dit-il.

11.78. Aussitôt, des hommes de son peuple, habitués à commettre les pires turpitudes, se précipitèrent chez lui. «Ô mon peuple, leur dit Loth, voici mes filles ! Elles seraient plus indiquées pour vous. Craignez donc Dieu et ne me déshonorez pas dans la personne de mes hôtes ! N'y a-t-il pas un seul homme sensé parmi vous?»

11.79. – «Tu sais très bien, dirent-ils, que nous n'avons pas envie de tes filles ! Et tu sais très bien ce que nous voulons.»

11.80. – «Que n'ai-je de la force pour vous résister, dit Loth. Ou que n'ai-je trouvé un solide appui !»

11.81. – «Ô Loth ! Nous sommes les émissaires de ton Seigneur ! Ces gens-là ne pourront jamais t'atteindre. Pars avec ta famille, à la fin de cette nuit, et que nul d'entre vous ne tourne la tête en cours de route ! Ta femme, cependant, subira le même sort que les impies. Cela se produira à l'aube, et l'aube n'est pas si loin !»

11.82. Et lorsque Notre ordre fut donné, Nous renversâmes la cité de fond en comble, et fîmes pleuvoir sur elle, par rafales, des cailloux brûlants d'argile,

11.83. portant une marque connue de ton Seigneur et toujours prêts à s'abattre sur les criminels !

11.84. Aux gens de Madyan Nous avons envoyé leur frère Shu`ayb. «Ô mon peuple, leur dit-il, adorez Dieu, vous n'avez d'autre divinité que Lui ! Ne fraudez pas dans les mesures et ne faussez pas la balance ! Je vois que vous êtes en pleine prospérité , mais je crains pour vous un jour où le châtiment vous enveloppera de toutes parts.

11.85. Ô mon peuple ! Faites pleine mesure et pesez avec équité ! Ne causez pas de tort aux gens en sous-estimant leurs biens ! Ne semez pas la corruption sur la Terre !

11.86. Un bénéfice honnête, aussi petit soit-il, est infiniment meilleur pour vous, si vous êtes des croyants sincères. Je vous le dis sans être pour autant responsable de vos actes.»

11.87. – «Ô Shu`ayb ! Sont-ce tes prières qui t'ordonnent de nous pousser à renier le culte de nos ancêtres ou à ne plus disposer de nos richesses comme nous l'entendons? Est-ce toi l'homme sage et sensé que nous connaissons?»

11.88. – «Ô mon peuple, répliqua Shu`ayb, que diriez-vous si j'étais nanti d'une preuve évidente de mon Seigneur et si j'étais réellement gratifié d'une insigne faveur? Soyez certains que, quand je vous interdis quelque chose, mon but n'est pas de vous contrarier, mais il est seulement de vous rendre meilleurs, dans la mesure de mes moyens. Et ma réussite ne dépend que du Seigneur. C'est à Lui que je me confie et c'est à Lui que je ferai retour.

11.89. Ô mon peuple ! Que votre hostilité à mon égard ne vous entraîne pas à encourir les mêmes châtiments qui atteignirent le peuple de Noé, ou le peuple de Hûd, ou le peuple de Sâlih Et l'exemple du peuple de Loth n'est pas si éloigné de vous.

11.90. Implorez donc le pardon de votre Seigneur et revenez repentants vers Lui, car mon Seigneur est Plein d'indulgence et d'amour !»

11.91. – «Ô Shu`ayb, répliquèrent-ils, nous ne comprenons pas grand-chose à ce que tu nous dis. D'ailleurs, ta position n'est guère enviable parmi nous et, sans ton clan, nous t'aurions déjà lapidé, car rien ne nous aurait empêché de le faire !»

11.92. – «Ô mon peuple, reprit Shu`ayb, mon clan vous semble-t-il plus puissant que Dieu à qui vous tournez ouvertement le dos? En vérité, mon Dieu embrasse de Sa science tout ce que vous faites.

11.93. Ô mon peuple ! Agissez à votre guise. J'agirai de mon côté, à ma manière. Vous saurez bientôt qui encourra un châtiment ignominieux et qui de nous aura été un imposteur. Attendez donc, je suis avec vous à attendre.»

11.94. Et lorsque Notre ordre fut donné, Nous sauvâmes Shu`ayb et ceux qui avaient cru avec lui, par un effet de Notre miséricorde. Mais le grondement terrifiant saisit ceux qui avaient été injustes et, le lendemain, ils gisaient inertes dans leurs demeures,

11.95. comme s'ils n'y avaient jamais vécu ! Maudit soit donc le peuple de Madyan, comme l'avait été celui de Thamûd !

11.96. Nous avons envoyé aussi Moïse, nanti de Nos signes et d'une preuve réelle,

11.97. à Pharaon et à ses dignitaires. Mais ces derniers suivirent l'ordre de Pharaon, bien que son ordre fût dénué de toute sagesse.

11.98. Pharaon marchera, au Jour du Jugement dernier, à la tête de son peuple et le mènera à l'abreuvoir de l'Enfer. Et quel horrible abreuvoir que celui de l'Enfer !

11.99. Poursuivis par la malédiction en ce monde, ils le seront aussi le Jour de la Résurrection ! Triste cadeau, s'il en fut !

11.100. C'est là une partie de l'histoire des cités dont Nous te faisons ici le récit. Si les vestiges des unes sont encore debout, ceux des autres ont été complètement rasés.

11.101. Et ce n'est pas Nous qui avons été injustes envers ces peuples. Ce sont eux qui ont été les propres artisans de leur ruine. Quant aux divinités qu'ils invoquaient en dehors de Dieu, non seulement elles ne leur furent d'aucun secours, lorsque l'ordre de ton Seigneur fut lancé, mais elles n'ont fait qu'ajouter à leur malheur.

11.102. Tel est le châtiment de ton Seigneur quand Il sévit contre les cités criminelles. Ses coups sont toujours douloureux et portés avec violence.

11.103. Il y a là un enseignement pour qui craint les tourments de la vie future, quand les hommes seront rassemblés en un jour solennel

11.104. dont Nous ne retardons l'avènement qu'en raison du terme qui lui a été fixé d'avance.

11.105. Et quand ce jour viendra, nulle âme ne soufflera mot sans la permission de Dieu. Et les hommes seront ou damnés ou bienheureux.

11.106. Les damnés seront dans l'Enfer où retentiront leurs râles et leurs soupirs.

11.107. Ils y demeureront tant que dureront les Cieux et la Terre, à moins que ton Seigneur n'en décide autrement, car la Volonté de ton Seigneur doit toujours s'accomplir.

11.108. Quant aux bienheureux, c'est au Paradis qu'ils iront pour y demeurer immortels tant que dureront les Cieux et la Terre, à moins que ton Seigneur n'en décide autrement. Et ce sera pour eux un don permanent.

11.109. Ne te fais aucune illusion sur ce qu'adorent ces gens-là ! Ils n'adorent que ce qu'adoraient leurs pères auparavant. Et Nous leur attribuerons leur lot, sans en rien diminuer.

11.110. Nous avons donné à Moïse l'Écriture au sujet de laquelle des controverses furent suscitées. Et sans un arrêt pris antérieurement par ton Seigneur, on aurait déjà tranché leurs différends. Aussi sont-ils toujours, à son sujet, dans un doute troublant.

11.111. À tous ceux-là ton Seigneur attribuera le mérite exact de leurs œuvres, car Il est parfaitement au courant de ce qu'ils font.

11.112. Agis avec rectitude, comme il t'a été prescrit, ainsi qu'à ceux qui, avec toi, se sont repentis ! Ne vous livrez pas à des excès ! Dieu est bien au courant de ce que vous faites.

11.113. Ne vous rangez pas du côté de ceux qui commettent des injustices, de peur que le Feu ne vous atteigne ! Et vous n'aurez alors point d'allié en dehors de Dieu ni de protecteur.

11.114. Prie aux deux extrémités du jour et à certaines parties de la nuit. Certes, les bonnes actions chassent les mauvaises. C'est là un rappel qui s'adresse à ceux qui savent réfléchir.

11.115. Sois patient ! Dieu ne frustre jamais les hommes de bien de leur salaire.

11.116. Que ne s'est-il trouvé parmi les générations d'avant vous assez d'hommes vertueux pour lutter contre la corruption sur la Terre, car, à l'exception de la petite minorité que Nous avons sauvée, les autres préféraient le luxe dont ils jouissaient et se comportaient en criminels.

11.117. Ton Seigneur, en effet, ne saurait anéantir injustement les cités dont les habitants sont vertueux.

11.118. Et si ton Seigneur l'avait voulu, Il n'aurait fait des hommes qu'une seule communauté. Or, ils ne cessent de se dresser les uns contre les autres,

11.119. à l'exception de ceux auxquels ton Seigneur a accordé Sa miséricorde. Et c'est bien pour être si différents qu'Il les a créés. Ainsi se trouve accomplie cette parole de ton Seigneur quand Il a dit : «En vérité, Je remplirai la Géhenne à la fois de djinns et d'hommes, tous réunis !»

11.120. Tous les récits que Nous te rapportons sur les prophètes sont destinés à raffermir ton cœur. Tu y découvriras la vérité ainsi qu'une exhortation et un rappel à l'adresse des croyants.

11.121. Dis à ceux qui ne croient pas : «Restez fermes sur vos positions ! Nous aussi, nous le sommes sur les nôtres.

11.122. Et attendez ! Nous aussi, nous sommes avec vous à attendre !»

11.123. Dieu seul détient le mystère des Cieux et de la Terre, et c'est vers Lui que tout fera retour. Adore-Le donc et place en Lui ta confiance ! En vérité, ton Seigneur n'est point indifférent à ce que vous faites.

11.1 . Alif . Lam . Ra . ( This is ) a Scripture the revelations whereof are perfected and then expounded . ( It cometh ) from One Wise , Informed ,

11.2 . ( Saying ) : Serve none but Allah . Lo! I am Unto you from Him a warner and a bringer of good tidings .

11.3 . And ( bidding you ) : Ask pardon of your Lord and turn to Him repentant . He will cause you to enjoy a fair estate until a time appointed . He giveth His bounty unto every bountiful one . But if ye turn away , Lo! ( then ) I fear for you the retribution of an awful Day .

11.4 . Unto Allah is your return , and He is able to do all things .

11.5 . Lo! now they fold up their breasts that they may hide ( their thoughts ) from Him . At the very moment when they cover themselves with their clothing , Allah knoweth that which they keep hidden and that which they proclaim . Lo! He is Aware of what is in the breasts ( of men ) .

11.6 . And there is not a beast in the earth but the sustenance thereof dependeth on Allah . He knoweth its habitation and its repository . All is in a clear record .

11.7 . And He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days and His Throne was upon the water that He might try you , which of you is best in conduct . Yet if thou ( O Muhammad ) sayest : Lo! ye will be raised again after death ! those who disbelieve will surely say : This is naught but mere magic .

11.8 . And if We delay for them the doom until a reckoned time , they will surely say : What withholdeth it? Verily on the day when it cometh unto them , it cannot be averted from them , and that which they derided will surround them .

11.9 . And if We cause man to taste some mercy from Us and afterward withdraw it from him , lo! he is despairing , thankless .

11.10 . And if We cause him to taste grace after some misfortune that had befallen him , he saith : The ills have gone from me . Lo! he is exultant , boastful ;

11.11 . Save those who persevere and do good works . Theirs will be forgiveness and a great reward .

11.12 . A likely thing , that thou wouldst forsake aught of that which hath been revealed unto thee , and that thy breast should be straitened for it , because they say : Why hath not a treasure been sent down for him , or an angel come with him? Thou art but a warner , and Allah is in charge of all things .

11.13 . Or they say : He hath invented it . Say : Then bring ten surahs , the like thereof , invented , and call on everyone ye can beside Allah , if ye are truthful!

11.14 . And if they answer not your prayer , then know that it is revealed only in the knowledge of Allah ; and that there is no God save Him . Will ye then be ( of ) those who surrender?

11.15 . Whoso desireth the life of the world and its pomp , We shall repay them their deeds herein , and therein they will not be wronged .

11.16 . Those are they for whom is naught in the Hereafter save the Fire . ( All ) that they contrive here is vain and ( all ) that they are wont to do is fruitless .

11.17 . Is he ( to be counted equal with them ) who relieth on a clear proof from his Lord , and a witness from Him reciteth it , and before it was the Book of Moses , an example and a mercy? such believe therein , and Whoso disbelieveth therein of the clans , the Fire is his appointed place . So be not thou in doubt concerning it . Lo! it is the Truth from thy Lord ; but most of mankind believe not .

11.18 . Who doeth greater wrong than he who inventeth a lie concerning Allah? Such will be brought before their Lord , and the witnesses will say : These are they who lied concerning their Lord . Now the curse of Allah is upon wrong-doers ,

11.19 . Who debar ( men ) from the way of Allah and would have it crooked , and who are disbelievers in the Hereafter .

11.20 . Such will not escape in the earth , nor have they any protecting friends beside Allah . For them the torment will be double . They could not bear to hear , and they used not to see .

11.21 . Such are they who have lost their souls , and that which they used to invent hath failed them .

11.22 . Assuredly in the Hereafter they will be the greatest losers .

11.23 . Lo! those who believe and do good works and humble themselves before their Lord : such are rightful owners of the Garden ; they will abide therein .

11.24 . The similitude of the two parties is as the blind and the deaf and the seer and the hearer . Are they equal in similitude? Will ye not then be admonished?

11.25 . And We sent Noah unto his folk ( and he said ) : I am a plain warner unto you .

11.26 . That ye serve none , save Allah . Lo! I fear for you the retribution of a painful Day .

11.27 . The chieftains of his folk , who disbelieved , said : We see thee but a mortal like us , and we see not that any follow thee save the most abject among us , without reflection . We behold in you no merit above us nay , we deem you liars .

11.28 . He said : O my people! Bethink you , if I rely on a clear proof from my Lord and there hath come unto me a mercy from His presence , and it hath been made obscure to you , can we compel you to accept it when ye are averse thereto?

11.29 . And O my people! I ask of you no wealth therefor . My reward is the concern only of Allah , and I am not going to thrust away those who believe Lo! they have to meet their Lord but I see you a folk that are ignorant .

11.30 . And , O my people! who would deliver me from Allah if I thrust them away? Will ye not then reflect?

11.31 . I say not unto you : "I have the treasures of Allah" nor "I have knowledge of the Unseen , " nor say I : "Lo! I am an angel!" Nor say I unto those whom your eyes scorn that Allah will not give them good Allah knoweth best what is their hearts Lo! then indeed I should be of the wrong doers .

11.32 . They said : O Noah! Thou hast disputed with us and multiplied disputation with us ; now bring upon Us that where with thou threatenest us , if thou art of the truthful .

11.33 . He said : Only Allah will bring it Upon you if He will , and ye can by no means escape .

11.34 . My counsel will not profit you if I were minded to advise you , if Allah ' s will is to keep you astray . He is your lord and unto Him ye will be brought hack .

11.35 . Or say they ( again ) He hath invented it? Say : If I have invented it , upon me be my crimes , but I am innocent of ( all ) that ye commit .

11.36 . And it was inspired in Noah , ( saying ) : No one of the folk will believe save him who hath believed already . Be not distressed because of what they do .

11.37 . Build the ship under Our Eyes and by Our inspiration , and speak not unto Me on behalf of those who do wrong . Lo! they wilt be drowned .

11.38 . And he was building the ship , and every time that chieftains of his people passed him , they made mock of him . He said : Though ye make mock of us , yet we mock at you even as ye mock ;

11.39 . And ye shall know to whom a punishment that will confound him cometh , and upon whom a lasting doom will fall .

11.40 . ( Thus it was ) till , when Our commandment came to pass and the oven gushed forth water , We said : Load therein two of every kind , a pair ( the male and female ) , and thy household , save him against whom the word hath gone forth already , and those who believe . And but a few were they who believed with him .

11.41 . And he said : Embark therein! In the name of Allah be its course and its mooring . Lo! my Lord is Forgiving , Merciful .

11.42 . And it sailed with them amid waves like mountains , and Noah cried unto his son and he was standing aloof : O my son! Come ride with us , and be not with the disbelievers .

11.43 . He said : I shall betake me to some mountain that will save me from the water . ( Noah ) said : This day there is none that saveth from the commandment of Allah save him on whom He hath had mercy . And the wave came in between them , so he was among the drowned .

11.44 . And it was said : O earth! Swallow thy water and , O sky! be cleared of clouds! And the water was made to subside . And the commandment was fulfilled . And it ( the ship ) came to rest upon ( the mount ) Al-Judi and it was said : A far removal for wrongdoing folk!

11.45 . And Noah cried unto his Lord and said : My Lord! Lo! my son is of my household! Surely Thy promise is the Truth and Thou art the Most Just of Judges .

11.46 . He said : O Noah! Lo! he is not of thy household ; lo! he is of evil conduct , so ask not of Me that whereof thou hast no knowledge . I admonish thee lest thou be among the ignorant .

11.47 . He said : My Lord! Lo! in Thee do I seek refuge ( from the sin ) that I should ask off Thee that whereof I have no knowledge . Unless Thou forgive me and have mercy on me I shall he among the lost .

11.48 . It was said ( unto him ) : O Noah! Go thou down ( from the mountain ) with peace from Us and blessings upon thee and some nations ( that will spring ) from those with thee . ( There will be other ) nations unto whom We shall give enjoyment a long while and then a painful doom from Us will overtake them .

11.49 . This is of the tidings of the Unseen which We inspire in thee ( Muhammad ) . Thou thyself knewest it not , nor did thy folk ( know it ) before this . Then have patience . Lo! the sequel is for those who ward on ( evil )

11.50 . And unto ( the tribe of ) Aad ( We sent ) their brother , Hud . He said : O my people! Serve Allah! Ye have no other God save Him . Lo! ye do but invent!

11.51 . O my people! I ask of you no reward for it . Lo! my reward is the concern only of Him who made me . Have ye then no sense?

11.52 . And , O my people! Ask forgiveness of your Lord , then turn unto Him repentant ; He will cause the sky to rain abundance on you and will add unto you strength to your strength . Turn not away , guilty!

11.53 . They said : O Hud! Thou hast brought us no clear proof and we are not going to forsake our gods on thy ( mere ) saying , and we are not believers in thee .

11.54 . We say naught save that one of our gods hath possessed thee in an evil way . He said : I call Allah to witness , and do ye ( too ) bear witness , that I am innocent of ( all ) that ye ascribe as partners ( to Allah )

11.55 . Beside Him . So ( try to ) circumvent me , all of you , give me no respite .

11.56 . Lo! I have put my trust in Allah , my Lord and your Lord . Not an animal but He doth grasp it by the forelock! Lo! my Lord is on a straight path .

11.57 . And if ye turn away , still I have conveyed unto you that wherewith I was sent unto you , and my Lord will set in place of you a folk other than you . Ye cannot injure Him at all . Lo! my Lord is Guardian over all things .

11.58 . And when Our commandment came to pass We saved Hud and those who believed with him by a mercy from Us ; We saved them from a harsh doom .

11.59 . And such were Aad . They denied the revelations of their Lord and flouted His messengers and followed the command of every froward potentate .

11.60 . And a curse was made to follow them in the world and on the Day of Resurrection . Lo! Aad disbelieved in their Lord . A far removal for Aad , the folk of Hud!

11.61 . And unto ( the tribe of ) Thamud ( We sent ) their brother Salih . . He said : O my people! Serve Allah , Ye have no other God save Him . He brought you forth from the earth and hath made you husband it . So ask forgiveness of Him and turn unto Him repentant . Lo , my Lord is Nigh , Responsive .

11.62 . They said : O Salih! Thou hast been among us hitherto as that wherein our hope was placed . Dost thou ask us not to worship what our fathers worshipped? Lo! we verily are in grave doubt concerning that to which thou callest us .

11.63 . He said : O my people! Bethink you : if I am ( acting ) on clear proof from my Lord and there hath come unto me a mercy from Him , who will save me from Allah if I disobey Him? Ye would add to me naught save perdition .

11.64 . O my people! This is the camel of Allah , a token unto you , so suffer her to feed in Allah ' s earth , and touch her not with harm lest a near torment seize you .

11.65 . But they hamstrung her , and then he said : Enjoy life in your dwelling place three days! This is a threat that will not be belied .

11.66 . So , when Our commandment came to pass , We saved Salih , and those who believed with him , by a mercy from Us , from the ignominy of that day . Lo , thy Lord! He is the Strong , the Mighty .

11.67 . And the ( Awful ) Cry overtook those who did wrong , so that morning found them prostrate in their dwellings ,

11.68 . As though they had not dwelt there . Lo! Thamud disbelieved in their Lord . A far removal for Thamud!

11.69 . And Our messengers came unto Abraham with good news . They said : Peace! He answered : Peace! and delayed not to bring a roasted calf .

11.70 . And when he saw their hands reached not to it , he mistrusted them and conceived a fear of them . They said : Fear not! Lo! we are sent unto the folk of Lot .

11.71 . And his wife , standing by , laughed when We gave her good tidings ( of the birth ) of Isaac , and , after Isaac , of Jacob .

11.72 . She said : Oh , woe is me! Shall I bear a child when I am an old woman , and this my husband is an old man? Lo! this is a strange thing!

11.73 . They said : Wonderest thou at the commandment of Allah? The mercy of Allah and His blessings be upon you , O people of the house! Lo! He is Owner of Praise , Owner of Glory!

11.74 . And when the awe departed from Abraham , and the glad news reached him , he pleaded with Us on behalf of the folk of Lot .

11.75 . Lo! Abraham was mild , imploring , penitent .

11.76 . ( It was said ) O Abraham! Forsake this! Lo! thy Lord ' s commandment hath gone forth , and lo! there cometh unto them a doom which cannot be repelled .

11.77 . And when Our messengers came unto Lot , he was distressed and knew not how to protect them . He said : This is a distressful day .

11.78 . And his people came unto him , running towards him and before then they used to commit abominations He said : O my people! Here are my daughters! They are purer for you . Beware of Allah , and degrade me not in ( the person of ) my guests . Is there not among you any upright man?

11.79 . They said : Well thou knowest that we have no right to thy daughters , and well thou knowest what we want .

11.80 . He said : Would that I had strength to resist you or had some strong support ( among you ) !

11.81 . ( The messengers ) said : O Lot! Lo! we are messengers of thy Lord ; they shall not reach thee . So travel with thy people in a part of the night , and let not one of you turn round ( all ) save thy wife . Lo! that which smiteth them will smite her ( also ) . Lo! their tryst is ( for ) the morning . Is not the morning nigh?

11.82 . So when Our commandment came to pass We overthrew ( that township ) and rained upon it stones of clay , one after another ,

11.83 . Marked with fire in the providence of thy Lord ( for the destruction of the wicked ) . And they are never far from the wrong-doers .

11.84 . And unto Midian ( We sent ) their brother Shueyb . He said : O my people! Serve Allah . Ye have no other God save Him! And give not short measure and short weight . Lo! I see you well to do , and lo! I fear for you the doom of a besetting Day .

11.85 . O my people! Give full measure and full weight in justice , and wrong not people in respect of their goods . And do not evil in the earth , causing corruption .

11.86 . That which Allah leaveth with you is better for you if ye are believers ; and I am not a keeper over you .

11.87 . They said : O Shueyb! Doth thy way of prayer command thee that we should forsake that which our fathers ( used to ) worship , or that we ( should leave off ) doing what we will with our own property . Lo! thou are the mild , the guide to right behavior .

11.88 . He said : O my people! Bethink you : if I am ( acting ) on a clear proof from my Lord and He sustaineth me with fair sustenance from Him ( how can I concede aught to you ) ? I desire not to do behind your backs that which I ask you not to do . I desire naught save reform so far as I am able . My welfare is only in Allah . In Him I trust and unto Him I turn ( repentant ) .

11.89 . And , O my people! Let not the schism with me cause you to sin so that there befall you that which befell the folk of Noah and the folk of Hud , and the folk of Salih ; and the folk of Lot are not far off from you .

11.90 . Ask pardon of your Lord and then turn unto Him ( repellent ) . Lo! my Lord is , Merciful , Loving .

11.91 . They said : O Shueyb! We understand not much of that thou tellest , and lo! we do behold thee weak among us . But for thy family , we should have stoned thee , for thou art not strong against us .

11.92 . He said : O my people! Is my family more to be honored by you than Allah? And ye put Him behind you , neglected! Lo! my Lord surroundeth what ye do .

11.93 . And , O my people! Act according to your power , lo , I ( too ) am acting . Ye will soon know on whom there cometh a doom that will abase him , and who it is that lieth . And watch! Lo! I am watcher with you .

11.94 . And when Our commandment came to pass we saved Shueyb and those who believed with Him by a mercy from Us ; and the ( Awful ) Cry seized those who did injustice , and morning found them prostrate in their dwellings .

11.95 . As though they had not dwelt there . A far removal for Midian , even as Thamud had been removed afar!

11.96 . And verily We sent Moses with Our revelations and a clear warrant .

11.97 . Unto Pharaoh and his chiefs , but they did follow the command of Pharaoh , and the command of Pharaoh was no right guide .

11.98 . He will go before his people on the Day of Resurrection and will lead them to the Fire for watering place . Ah , hapless is the watering place ( whither they are ) led .

11.99 . A . curse is made to follow them in the world and on the Day of Resurrection . Hapless is the gift ( that will be ) given ( them ) .

11.100 . That is ( something ) of the tidings of the townships ' ( which were destroyed of old ) . We relate it unto thee ( Muhammad ) . Some of them are standing and some ( already ) reaped .

11.101 . We wronged them not , but they did wrong themselves ; and their gods on whom they call beside Allah availed them naught then came thy Lords command ; they added to them naught save ruin .

11.102 . Even thus is the grasp of thy Lord when he graspeth the townships while they are doing wrong . Lo! His grasp is painful , very strong .

11.103 . Lo! herein verily there is a portent for those who fear the doom of the Hereafter . That is a day unto which mankind will be gathered , and that is a day that will be witnessed .

11.104 . And We defer it only as a term already reckoned .

11.105 . On the day when it cometh no soul will sneak except by His permission ; some among them will be wretched , ( others ) glad .

11.106 . As for those who will be wretched ( on that day ) they will be in the Fire ; sighing and wailing will be their portion therein .

11.107 . Abiding there so long as the heavens and the earth endure save for that which thy Lord willeth . Lo! thy Lord is Doer of what He will .

11.108 . And as for those who will be glad ( that day ) they will be in the Garden , abiding there so long as the heavens and the earth endure save for that which thy Lord willeth : a gift unfailing .

11.109 . So be not thou in doubt concerning that which these ( folk ) worship . They worship only as their fathers worshipped aforetime . Lo! We shall pay them their whole due unabated .

11.110 . And We verily gave unto Moses the Scripture , and there was strife thereupon ; and had it not been for a Word that had already gone forth from thy Lord , the case would have been judged between them , and Lo! they are in grave doubt concerning it .

11.111 . And lo! unto each thy Lord will verily repay his works in full . Lo! He is Informed of what they do .

11.112 . So tread thou the straight path as thou art commanded , and those who turn ( unto Allah ) with thee , and transgress not . Lo! He is Seer of what ye do .

11.113 . And incline not toward those who do wrong lest the Fire touch you , and ye have no protecting friends against Allah , and afterward ye would not be helped .

11.114 . Establish worship at the two ends of the day and in some watches of the night . Lo! good deeds annul ill deeds . This is a reminder for the mindful .

11.115 . And have patience , ( O Muhammad ) , for lo! Allah loseth not the wages of the good .

11.116 . If only there had been among the generations before you men possessing a remnant ( of good sense ) to warn ( their people ) from corruption in the earth , as did a few of those whom We saved from them! The wrong doers followed that by which they were made sapless , and were guilty .

11.117 . In truth thy Lord destroyed not the townships tyrannously while their folk were doing right .

11.118 . And if thy Lord had willed , He verily would have made mankind one nation , yet they cease not differing ,

11.119 . Save him on whom thy Lord hath mercy ; and for that He did create them . And the Word of thy Lord hath been fulfilled : Verily I shall fill hell with the jinn and mankind together .

11.120 . And all that We relate unto thee of the story of the messengers is in order that thereby We may make firm thy heart . And herein hath come unto thee the Truth and an exhortation and a reminder for believers .

11.121 . And say unto those who believe not : Act according to your power . Lo! we ( too ) are acting .

11.122 . And wait! Lo! we ( too ) are waiting .

11.123 . And Allah ' s is the Invisible of the heavens and the earth , and unto Him the whole matter will be returned . So worship Him and put thy trust in Him . Lo! thy Lord is not unaware of what ye ( mortals ) do .

11.1. 'lr. He aquí una Escritura cuyas aleyas han sido hechas unívocas y, luego, explica das detalladamente, y que procede de Uno Que es sabio, Que está bien informado.

11.2. ¡Que no sirváis sino a Alá! Yo soy para vosotros, de parte Suya, un monitor y nuncio de buenas nuevas.

11.3. Y ¡que pidáis perdón a vuestro Señor y, luego, os volváis a Él! Os permitirá, entonces, disfrutar bien por un tiempo determinado y concederá Su favor a todo favorecido. Pero, si volvéis la espalda, temo por vosotros el castigo de un día terrible.

11.4. Volveréis a Alá. Es omnipotente.

11.5. Se repliegan en sí mismos para sustraerse a Él. Aunque se cubran con la ropa, Él sabe lo que ocultan y lo que manifiestan: sabe bien lo que encierran los pechos.

11.6. No hay bestia sobre la tierra a cuyo sustento no provea Alá, Que conoce su madriguera y su depósito: todo está en una Escritura clara.

11.7. " Él es Quien ha creado los cielos y la tierra en seis días, teniendo Su Trono en el agua, para probaros, para ver quién de vosotros es el que mejor se comporta. Si dices: ""Seréis resucitados después de muertos"", seguro que los infieles dicen: ""Esto no es más que manifiesta magia"". "

11.8. " Si retrasamos su castigo hasta un momento dado, seguro que dicen: ""¿Qué es lo que lo impide ?"" El día que les llegue no se les alejará de él y se verán cercados por aquello de que se burlaban. "

11.9. Si hacemos gustar al hombre una misericordia venida de Nosotros y luego le privamos de ella, está completamente desesperado, desagradecido.

11.10. " Si le hacemos gustar una dicha., luego de haber sufrido una desdicha, seguro que dice: ""¡Se han alejado de mí los males!"" Sí, se regocija, se ufana. "

11.11. En cambio, quienes sean pacientes y obren bien, obtendrán perdón y una gran recompensa.

11.12. " Tú, quizás, omitirías parte de lo que se te ha revelado -y te angustias por ello- porque dicen: ""¿Por qué no se le ha enviado abajo un tesoro o le ha acompañado un ángel?"" Pero tú no eres más que un monitor. Y Alá vela por todo... "

11.13. " O dicen: ""Él lo ha inventado"". Di: ""Si es verdad lo que decís, ¡traed diez suras como él, inventadas, y llamad a quien podáis, en lugar de llamar a Alá!"" "

11.14. Y si no os escuchan, sabed que ha sido revelado con la ciencia de Alá y que no hay más dios que Él. ¿Os someteréis, pues, a Él?

11.15. A quienes hayan deseado la vida de acá y su ornato, les remuneraremos en ella con arreglo a sus obras y no serán defraudados en ella.

11.16. Ésos son los que no tendrán en la otra vida más que el Fuego. Sus obras no fructificarán y será vano lo que hayan hecho.

11.17. ¿Es que quien se basa en una prueba clara venida de su Señor, recitada por un testigo de Éste...? Antes de él, laEscritura de Moisés servía de guía y de misericordia. Ésos creen en ella. Quien de los grupos no cree en ella tiene el Fuego como lugar de cita. Tú no dudes de ella. Es la Verdad venida de tu Señor. Pero la mayoría de los hombres no creen.

11.18. " ¿Hay alguien más impío que quien inventa una mentira contra Alá? Esos tales serán conducidos ante su Señor y los testigos dirán: ""Éstos son los que mintieron contra su Señor"". ¡Sí! ¡Que la maldición de Dios caiga sobre los impíos, "

11.19. que desvían a otros del camino de Alá, deseando que sea tortuoso, y no creen en la otra vida!

11.20. No pudieron escapar en la tierra ni tuvieron, fuera de Alá, amigos. Se les doblará el castigo. No podían oír y no veían.

11.21. Ésos son los que se han perdido a sí mismos. Se han esfumado sus invenciones...

11.22. ¡En verdad, en la otra vida serán los que más pierdan!

11.23. Pero quienes crean, obren bien y se muestren humildes para con su Señor, ésos morarán en el Jardín eternamente.

11.24. Estas dos clases de personas son como uno ciego y sordo y otro que ve y oye. ¿Son similares? ¿Es que no os dejaréis amonestar?

11.25. " Y ya enviamos Noé a su pueblo: ""Soy para vosotros un monitor que habla claro: "

11.26. " ¡No sirváis sino a Alá! Temo por vosotros el castigo de un día doloroso"". "

11.27. " Los dignatarios de su pueblo, que no creían, dijeron: ""No vemos en ti más que un mortal como nosotros y no vemos que nadie te siga sino la hez de nuestro pueblo, que lo hace irreflexivamente. Ni vemos que gocéis de ningún privilegio sobre nosotros. Antes bien, creemos que mentís"". "

11.28. " Dijo: ""¡Pueblo! ¿Qué os parece? Si yo me baso en una prueba clara venida de mi Señor -que me ha hecho objeto de una misericordia venida de Él-, y que vosotros, en vuestra ceguera, no percibís, ¿deberemos imponérosla a despecho vuestro? "

11.29. ¡Pueblo! No os pido hacienda a cambio -mi salario incumbe sólo a Alá- y no voy a rechazar a quienes creen. Sí, encontrarán a su Señor. Pero veo que sois un pueblo ignorante.

11.30. ¡Pueblo! Si les rechazo, ¿quién me auxiliará contra Alá? ¿Es que no os dejaréis amonestar?

11.31. " Yo no pretendo poseer los tesoros de Alá, ni conozco lo oculto, ni pretendo ser un ángel. Yo no digo a los que vosotros despreciáis que Alá no les reserva ningún bien. Alá conoce bien sus pensamientos. Si tal dijera, sería de los impíos"". "

11.32. " Dijeron: ""¡Noé! No paras de discutir con nosotros. ¡Tráenos, pues, aquello con que nos amenazas, si es verdad lo que dices!"" "

11.33. " Dijo: ""Sólo Alá hará que se cumpla, si Él quiere, y no podréis escapar"". "

11.34. " ""Si yo quisiera aconsejaros, mi consejo no os serviría de nada si Alá quisiera descarriaros. Él es vuestro Señor y seréis devueltos a Él"". "

11.35. " O dicen: ""Él lo ha inventado"". Di:""Si yo lo he inventado, ¡caiga sobre mí mi pecado! Pero soy inocente de lo que me imputáis"". "

11.36. " Y se reveló a Noé: ""De tu pueblo sólo creerán los que ya creían. ¡No te aflijas, pues, por lo que hicieren! "

11.37. " ¡Construye la nave bajo Nuestra mirada y según Nuestra inspiración y no me hables de los que han obrado impíamente! ¡Van a ser anegados!"" "

11.38. " Y, mientras construía la nave, siempre que pasaban por allí dignatarios de su pueblo se burlaban de él. Decía: ""Si os burláis de nosotros, ya nos burlaremos de vosotros como os burláis. "

11.44. " Y se dijo: ""¡Traga, tierra, tu agua! ¡Escampa, cielo!"", Y el agua fue absorbida, se cumplió la orden y se posó en el Chudi. Y se dijo: ""¡Atrás el pueblo impío!"" "

11.45. " Noé invocó a su Señor y dijo: ""¡Señor! Mi hijo es de mi familia. Lo que Tú prometes es verdad. Tú eres Quien mejor decide"". "

11.47. " Dijo: ""¡Señor, líbrame de pedirte algo de lo que no tengo conocimiento! Si Tú no me perdonas y Te apiadas de mí, seré de los que están perdidos..."" "

11.48. " Se dijo: ""¡Noé! ¡Desembarca con paz venida de Nosotros y con bendiciones sobre ti y las comunidades que desciendan de quienes te acompañan. Hay comunidades a las que dejaremos que gocen por breve tiempo. Luego, les castigaremos severamente"". "

11.51. ¡ Pueblo! No os pido salario a cambio. Mi salario incumbe sólo a Aquél Que me ha creado. ¿Es que no razonáis?

11.52. " Y, ¡pueblo!, ¡pedid perdón a vuestro Señor y, luego, volveos a Él! Enviará sobre vosotros del cielo una lluvia abundante y os fortalecerá. ¡No volváis la espalda como pecadores!"" "

11.53. " Dijeron: ""¡Hud! ¡No nos has traído ninguna prueba clara! ¡No vamos a dejar a nuestros dioses porque tú lo digas! ¡No tenemos fe en ti! "

11.54. " Lo único que decimos es que uno de nuestros dioses te ha causado mal"". Dijo: ""¡Pongo a Alá por testigo y sed vosotros también testigos de que soy inocente de lo que vosotros asociáis "

11.55. " en lugar de Él! ¡Urdid algo todos contra mí y no me hagáis esperar!"" "

11.56. Yo confío en Alá, mi Señor y Señor vuestro. ¡No hay ser que no dependa de Él! Mi Señor está en una vía recta.

11.57. Si volvéis la espalda... yo ya os he comunicado aquello con que he sido enviado a vosotros. Mi Señor hará que os suceda otro pueblo y no podréis hacerle ningún daño. ¡Mi Señor todo lo vigila!

11.58. Cuando vino Nuestra orden, salvamos por una misericordia venida de Nosotros a Hud y a los que con él creyeron y les libramos de un duro castigo.

11.59. Así eran los aditas. Negaron los signos de su Señor y desobedecieron a Sus enviados, siguiendo, en cambio, las órdenes de todo tirano desviado.

11.60. En la vida de acá fueron perseguidos por una maldición y también lo serán el día de la Resurreción. ¡No! ¡Los aditas no creyeron en su Señor! ¡Sí! ¡Atrás los aditas, pueblo de Hud!

11.63. " Dijo: ""¡Pueblo! ¿Qué os parece? Si yo me baso en una prueba clara venida de mi Señor, Que me ha hecho objeto de una misericordia venida de Él, ¿quién me auxiliará contra Alá si Le desobedezco? No haríais sino aumentar mi perdición. "

11.64. " Y, ¡pueblo!, ésa es la camella de Alá, que seá signo para vosotros. ¡Dejadla que pazca en la tierra de Alá y no le hagáis mal! Si no, os alcanzará pronto un castigo"". "

11.65. " Pero la desjarretaron y dijo: ""¡Gozad aún de vuestros bienes durante tres días! Es una amenaza que no dejará de cumplirse"". "

11.66. Y, cuando vino Nuestra orden, preservamos por una misericordia venida de Nosotros a Salih y a los que con él creyeron del oprobio de aquel día. Tu Señor es el Fuerte, el Poderoso.

11.67. El Grito sorprendió a los que habían sido impíos y amanecieron muertos en sus casas,

11.68. como si no hubieran habitado en ellas. ¡No! ¡Los tamudeos no creyeron en su Señor! ¡Sí! ¡Atrás los tamudeos!

11.69. " Y ya trajeron nuestros enviados la buena nueva a Abraham. Dijeron: ""¡Paz!"" Dijo: ""¡Paz!"" Y no tardó en traer un ternero asado. "

11.70. " Y cuando vio que sus manos no lo tocaban, sospechó de ellos y sintió temor de ellos. Dijeron: ""¡No temas! Se nos ha enviado al pueblo de Lot"". "

11.77. " Y cuando Nuestros enviados vinieron a Lot, éste se afligió por ellos y se sintió impotente para protegerles. Dijo: ""¡Este es un día terrible!"" "

11.78. " Su pueblo, que solía antes cometer el mal, corrió a Lot, que dijo: ""¡Pueblo! ¡Aquí tenéis a mis hijas. Son más puras para vosotros. ¡Temed a Alá y no me avergoncéis en mis huéspedes! ¿No hay entre vosotros un hombre honrado? "

11.79. " Dijeron: ""Ya sabes que no tenemos ningún derecho a tus hijas. Tú ya sabes lo que queremos..."" "

11.80. " Dijo: ""¡Ah! Si os pudiera... o si pudiera recurrir a un apoyo fuerte..."" "

11.81. " Dijeron: ""¡Lot! ¡Somos los enviados de tu Señor! ¡No se llegarán a ti! ¡Ponte en camino con tu familia durante la noche y que ninguno de vosotros se vuelva! Tu mujer, sí que se volverá y le alcanzará el mismo castigo que a ellos. Esto les ocurrirá al alba. ¿No está cercana el alba?"" "

11.82. Y cuando vino Nuestra orden, la volvimos de arriba abajo e hicimos llover sobre ella piedras de arcilla a montones,

11.83. marcadas junto a tu Señor. Y no está lejos de los impíos.

11.84. " Y a los madianitas su hermano Suayb. Dijo: ""¡Pueblo! ¡Servid a Alá! No tenéis a ningún otro dios que a Él. ¡No defraudéis en la medida ni en el peso! Os veo en el bienestar, pero temo por vosotros el castigo de un día de alcance universal. "

11.85. Y, ¡pueblo!, ¡dad la medida y el peso equitativos! ¡No defraudéis a los demás en sus bienes! ¡No obréis mal en la tierra corrompiendo!

11.86. " Lo que Alá os deja es mejor para, vosotros, si es que sois creyentes. Y yo no soy vuestro custodio"" "

11.87. " Dijeron: ""¡Suayb! ¿Acaso te ordena tu religión que dejemos lo que nuestros padres servían o que dejemos de utilizar libremente nuestra hacienda? Tú eres, ciertamente, el benigno, el honrado"". "

11.88. " Dijo: ""¡Pueblo! ¿Qué os parece? Si yo me baso en una prueba clara venida de mi Señor y Él me provee de un bello sustento venido de Él... Yo no pretendo contrariaros cuando os prohíbo algo. No pretendo sino reformaros en la medida de mis posibles. Mi éxito no depende sino de Alá. En Él confío y a Él me vuelvo arrepentido. "

11.89. Y ¡pueblo!, ¡que la oposición a mí no os cause los mismos males que alcanzaron al pueblo de Noé o al pueblo de Hud o al pueblo de Salih! Y el pueblo de Lot no está lejos de vosotros.

11.90. " ¡Pedid perdón a vuestro Señor! Luego, ¡volveos a Él Mi Señor es misericordioso. lleno de amor"". "

11.91. " Dijeron: ""¡Suayb! No entendemos mucho de lo que dices. Entre nosotros se te tiene por débil. Si no hubiera sido por tu clan, te habríamos lapidado. No nos impresionas"". "

11.92. " Dijo: ""¡Pueblo! ¡Os impresiona mi clan más que Alá, a Quien habéis pospuesto con desprecio? Mi Señor abarca todo lo que hacéis. "

11.93. " ¡Pueblo! ¡Obrad según vuestra situación! Yo también obraré... Veréis quién va a recibir un castigo humillante y quién es el que miente... ¡Vigilad! Yo también vigilaré con vosotros"". "

11.94. Cuando vino Nuestra orden, salvamos por una misericordia venida de Nosotros a Suayb y a los que con él creían. El Grito sorprendió a los que habían sido impíos y amanecieron muertos en sus casas,

11.95. como si no hubieran habitado en ellas. ¡Sí! Atrás los madianitas! como también se había dicho a los tamudeos.

11.96. Y ya enviamos a Moisés con Nuestros signos y con una autoridad manifiesta

11.97. a Faraón y a sus dignatarios. Pero éstos siguieron la orden de Faraón. Y la orden de Faraón no era sensata.

11.98. El día de la Resurreción, precederá a su pueblo y le conducirá a beber al Fuego. ¡Qué mal abrevadero...!

11.99. En esta vida fueron perseguidos por una maldición y lo serán también el día de la Resurrección. ¡Qué mal regalo...!

11.100. Te contamos estas cosas de las ciudades: algunas de ellas están aún en pie, otras son rastrojo.

11.101. No hemos sido Nosotros quienes han sido injustos con sus habitantes, sino que ellos lo han sido consigo mismos. Sus dioses, a los que invocaban, en lugar de invocar a Alá, no les sirvieron de nada cuando vino la orden de tu Señor. No hicieron sino aumentar su perdición.

11.102. Así castiga tu Señor cuando castiga las ciudades que son impías. Su castigo es doloroso, severo.

11.103. Ciertamente, hay en ello un signo para quien teme el castigo de la otra vida. Ése es un día en que todos los hombres serán congregados, un día que todos presenciarán.

11.104. No lo retrasaremos sino hasta el plazo fijado.

11.105. El día que esto ocurra nadie hablará sino con Su permiso. De los hombres, unos serán desgraciados, otros felices.

11.106. Los desgraciados estarán en el Fuego, gimiendo y bramando,

11.107. eternamente, mientras duren los cielos y la tierra, a menos que tu Señor disponga otra cosa. Tu Señor hace siempre lo que quiere.

11.108. Los felices, en cambio, estarán en el Jardín, eternamente, mientras duren los cielos y la tierra, a menos que tu Señor disponga otra cosa. Será un don ininterrumpido.

11.109. No vivas con dudas respecto a lo que sirven esas gentes. No sirven sino como servían antes sus padres. Vamos a darles, sin mengua, la parte que les corresponde.

11.110. Y ya dimos a Moisés la Escritura, pero discreparon acerca de ella y, si no llega a ser por una palabra previa de tu Señor, ya se habría decidido entre ellos. Y ellos dudan seriamente de ella.

11.111. Ciertamente, tu Señor remunerará a todos sus obras sin falta. Está bien informado de lo que hacen.

11.112. Sé recto como se te ha ordenado y lo mismo los que, contigo, se arrepientan. ¡No seáis rebeldes! Él ve bien lo que hacéis.

11.113. ¡Y no os arriméis a los impíos, no sea que el fuego os alcance! No tenéis, fuera de Alá amigos. Luego, no seréis auxiliados.

11.114. Haz la azalá en las dos horas extremas del día y en las primeras de la noche. Las buenas obras disipan las malas. Ésta es una amonestación para los que recuerdan.

11.115. ¡Y ten paciencia! Alá no deja de remunerar a quienes hacen el bien.

11.116. Entre las generaciones que os precedieron, ¿por qué no hubo gentes virtuosas que se opusieran a la corrupción en la a tierra, salvo unos pocos que Nosotros salvamos, mientras que los impíos persistían en el lujo en que vivían y se hacían culpables?

11.117. No iba tu Señor a destruir las ciudades injustamente mientras sus poblaciones se portaban correctamente.

11.118. Tu Señor, si hubiera querido, habría hecho de los hombres una sola comunidad. Pero no cesan en sus discrepancias,

11.119. " salvo aquéllos que han sido objeto de la misericordia de tu Señor, y por eso los ha creado. Se ha cumplido la palabra de tu Señor: ""¡He de llenar la gehena de genios y de hombres, de todos ellos!"" "

11.120. Te contamos todo esto, sacado de las historias de los enviados, para confirmar tu corazón. Así te llegan, con ellas, la Verdad, una exhortación y una amonestación para los creyentes.

11.121. " Y di a los que no creen: ""¡Obrad según vuestra situación! Nosotros también obraremos.... "

11.122. " ¡Y esperad! ¡Nosotros esperamos!"" "

11.123. A Alá pertenece lo oculto de los cielos y de la tierra. Él es el fin de todo. ¡Sírvele! ¡Confía en Él! Tu Señor está atento a lo que hacéis.

11.1. Alif Lám Rá. Ein Buch, dessen Verse unveränderlich gefügt, dann im einzelnen erklärt worden sind, von einem Allweisen, Allkundigen.

Und Seine Huld wird Er gewähren einem jeden, der sie verdient. Kehrt ihr euch jedoch ab, wahrlich, dann fürchte ich für euch die Strafe eines Großen Tags.

11.4. Zu Allah ist eure Heimkehr, und Er hat Macht über alle Dinge.

11.5. Gewiß nun, sie verschließen ihre Brust, damit sie sich vor Ihm verbergen möchten. Doch siehe, wenn sie sich auch mit ihren Gewändern bedecken, Er weiß, was sie verhehlen und was sie offenbaren. Wahrlich, Er weiß wohl, was in den Herzen ist.

11.6. Und es gibt kein Geschöpf, das auf der Erde kriecht, dessen Versorgung nicht Allah obläge. Und Er kennt seinen Aufenthaltsort und seine Heimstatt. All das ist in einem deutlichen Buch.

11.7. "Und Er ist es, Der die Himmel und die Erde erschuf in sechs Zeiten - und Sein Thron ruht auf dem Wasser -, damit Er euch prüfe, wer von euch der Beste im Wirken sei. Und wenn du sprichst: ""Ihr werdet wahrlich auferweckt werden nach dem Tode"", dann werden die Ungläubigen gewißlich sagen: ""Das ist nichts als offenkundige Täuschung."""

11.8. "Wenn Wir aber ihre Bestrafung bis zu einer berechneten Zeit aufschöben, würden sie sicherlich sagen: ""Was hält sie zurück?"" Nun wahrlich, an dem Tage, an dem sie zu ihnen kommen wird, da wird keiner (sie) von ihnen abwenden, und das, was sie zu verspotten pflegten. wird sie rings umschließen"

11.9. Und wenn Wir dem Menschen Barmherzigkeit von Uns zu kosten geben und sie darauf von ihm fortnehmen, er ist verzweifelt, undankbar.

11.10. "Und wenn Wir ihm nach einer Drangsal, die ihn betroffen hat, Glückesfülle zu kosten geben, er sagt sicherlich: ""Gewichen ist das Übel von mir."" Siehe, er ist frohlockend, prahlend,"

11.11. Die nur ausgenommen, die standhaft sind und gute Werke tun. Ihnen wird Vergebung und ein großer Lohn

11.12. 11.13. "Sagen sie: ""Er hat es erdichtet""? Sprich ""So bringt doch zehn ebenbürtige, erdichtete Suren hervor und ruft an, wen ihr vermögt außer Allah, wenn ihr wahrhaft seid!"""

11.14. Und wenn sie euch keine Antwort geben, dann wisset, es ist offenbart worden, (erfüllt) mit Allahs Wissen, und es gibt keinen Gott außer Ihm. Wollt ihr euch nun ergeben?

11.15. Die das irdische Leben begehren und seine Pracht, wollen sie Wir voll belohnen für ihre Werke hienieden, und sie sollen darin kein Unrecht leiden.

11.16. Diese sind es, die im Jenseits nichts erhalten sollen als das Feuer, und das, was sie hienieden gewirkt, wird nichtig sein, und eitel all das, was sie zu tun pflegten.

11.17. Kann denn der, der einen deutlichen Beweis von seinem Herrn besitzt und dem ein Zeuge von Ihm folgen soll und dem das Buch Moses' vorausging als Führung und Barmherzigkeit (ein Betrüger sein)? Sie werden an ihn glauben, und wer aus der Rotte (der Gegner) nicht an ihn glaubt, das Feuer soll sein verheißener Ort sein. Sei daher nicht im Zweifel darob. Dies ist die Wahrheit von deinem Herrn, jedoch die meisten Menschen glauben nicht.

11.18. "Und wer ist ungerechter als der, der eine Lüge wider Allah erdichtet? Diese werden ihrem Herrn vorgeführt werden, und die Zeugen werden sprechen: ""Das sind die, die logen wider ihren Herrn."" Höret! der Fluch Allahs ist über den Frevlern,"

11.19. Die abwendig machen vom Wege Allahs und ihn zu krümmen suchen. Und diese sind es, die nicht an das Jenseits glauben.

11.20. Allein sie vermögen nimmermehr im Lande obzusiegen, noch haben sie irgend Freunde außer Allah. Verdoppelt soll ihnen die Strafe werden! Sie können weder hören, noch können sie sehen.

11.21. Diese sind es, die ihre Seelen ins Verderben stürzten, und was sie ersonnen, soll ihnen nichts frommen.

11.22. Kein Zweifel, daß sie im Jenseits die größten Verlierer sein werden.

11.23. Die da glauben und gute Werke tun und sich demütigen vor ihrem Herrn, sie sind des Himmels Bewohner, darin sollen sie ewig weilen.

11.24. Der Fall der beiden Parteien ist wie der des Blinden und des Tauben und des Sehenden und des Hörenden. Sind nun beide wohl im gleichen Fall? Wollt ihr denn nicht verstehen?

11.25. "Wir entsandten Noah zu seinem Volke (und er sprach): ""Wahrlich, ich bin euch ein aufklärender Warner,"

11.26. "Daß ihr keinen anbetet außer Allah. Ich fürchte für euch die Strafe eines schmerzlichen Tags."""

11.27. "Die Häupter seines Volks, die nicht glaubten, sprachen: ""Wir sehen in dir nur einen Menschen gleich uns, und wir sehen, daß dir keiner gefolgt ist als jene, die aller äußeren Erscheinung nach die Niedrigsten unter uns sind, noch sehen wir in euch irgendeinen Vorzug vor uns, nein, wir erachten euch für Lügner."""

11.28. "Er sprach: ""O mein Volk, sagt an: wenn ich einen klaren Beweis von meinem Herrn habe, und Er hat mir von Sich eine Barmherzigkeit gewährt, die euch aber dunkel gemacht worden ist, sollen wir sie euch da aufzwingen, wo sie euch zuwider ist?"

11.29. O mein Volk, ich verlange von euch kein Entgelt dafür. Mein Lohn ist allein bei Allah. Und ich werde gewiß nicht jene, die glauben, verstossen. Sie werden ihrem Herrn begegnen. Allein ich erachte euch für ein Volk, das unwissend handelt.

11.30. O mein Volk, wer würde mir wider Allah helfen, wenn ich sie verstösse? Wollt ihr denn nicht einsehen?

11.31. "Und ich sage nicht zu euch: ""Ich besitze die Schätze Allahs"", noch kenne ich das Verborgene, noch erkläre ich: ""Ich bin ein Engel."" Noch sage ich von denens die eure Augen verachten: ""Allah wird ihnen niemals Gutes gewähren."" Allah kennt, was in ihren Herzen ist, am besten, wahrlich, ich gehörte sonst zu den Ungerechten."""

11.32. "Sie sprachen: ""O Noah, du hast schon mit uns gehadert und gar lange mit uns gehadert, so bring uns denn her, was du uns androhst, wenn du zu den Wahrhaften gehörst."""

11.33. "Er sprach: ""Allah allein wird es euch bringen, wenn es Ihm gefällt, und nicht vermögt ihr (Gottes Plan) zu hindern."

11.34. "Und mein Rat wird euch nichts frommen, wollte ich euch raten, wenn Allah euch vernichten will. Er ist euer Herr und zu Ihm werdet ihr zurückgebracht werden."""

11.35. "Sagen sie: ""Er hat es ersonnen""? Sprich: ""Wenn ich es ersonnen habe, so sei mir meine Sünde, nicht verantwortlich bin ich aber für das, was ihr an Sünden begeht."""

11.36. "Und es ward Noah offenbart: ""Keiner von deinem Volk wird glauben, außer jene, die bereits geglaubt haben: betrübe dich darum nicht über ihr Tun."

11.37. "Und baue die Arche vor Unseren Augen und nach Unserer Offenbarung, sprich Mir aber nicht von den Frevlern, diese müssen ertrinken."""

11.38. "Und er baute die Arche, sooft die Häupter seines Volks an ihm vorübergingen, verspotteten sie ihn. Er sprach: ""Verspottet ihr uns, so werden auch wir über euch spotten, gerade so, wie ihr spottet."

11.39. "Dann werdet ihr erfahren, wer es ist, über den eine Strafe kommen wird, die ihn mit Schande bedeckt, und auf wen eine immerwährende Strafe fallen wird."""

11.40. "Bis dann, da Unser Befehl ergeht und die Fluten (der Erde) hervorbrechen. Da werden Wir sprechen: ""Bringe in sie hinein je zwei von allen, ein Pärchen, und deine Familie mit Ausnahme derer, wider die das Wort bereits ergangen ist, und die Gläubigen."" Allein nur wenige glaubten da (und lebten) mit ihm."

11.41. "Und er sprach: ""Steiget hinein! Im Namen Allahs ist ihre Ausfahrt und ihre Landung. Mein Herr ist wahrlich allverzeihend, barmherzig."""

11.42. "Sie fuhr einher mit ihnen über Wogen gleich Bergen und Noah rief zu seinem Sohn, der sich abseits hielt: ""O mein Sohn, steig mit uns ein und bleibe nicht mit den Ungläubigen!"""

11.43. "Er antwortete: ""Ich will mich sogleich auf einen Berg begeben, der mich vor dem Wasser schützen wird."" Er sprach: ""Keinen Schutz heute vor Allahs Befehl, es sei denn (für) jene, deren Er Sich erbarmt."" Und die Woge brach herein zwischen die beiden, so war er unter denen, die ertranken."

11.44. "Und es ward gesprochen: ""O Erde, verschlinge dein Wasser, und o Himmel, höre auf (zu regnen)!"" Und das Wasser begann zu versiegen, und die Angelegenheit war entschieden. Und (die Arche) kam auf dem Al-Dschudi zur Rast. Und es ward gesprochen: Fort mit dem Volk der Frevler!"""

11.45. "Und Noah rief zu seinem Herrn und sprach: ""Mein Herr, mein Sohn gehört zu meiner Familie, und Dein Versprechen ist doch wahr, und Du bist der gerechteste Richter."""

11.46. "Er sprach: ""O Noah, er gehört nicht zu deiner Familie, er ist sündhaften Betragens. So frage Mich nicht nach dem, wovon du keine Kenntnis hast. Ich ermahne dich, damit du nicht der Toren einer werdest."""

11.47. "Er sprach: ""Mein Herr, ich suche Deinen Schutz davor, daß ich Dich nach dem frage, wovon ich keine Kenntnis habe. Und wenn Du mir nicht verzeihst und Dich meiner erbarmst, so werde ich unter den Verlorenen sein."""

11.48. "Es ward gesprochen: ""O Noah, reise mit Unserem Frieden! Und Segnungen über dich und über die Geschlechter, die bei dir sind! Und es werden (andere) Geschlechter sein, denen Wir Versorgung gewähren (auf eine Zeit), dann aber wird eine schmerzliche Strafe sie von Uns treffen."""

11.49. Das ist einer der Berichte von den verborgenen Dingen, die Wir dir offenbaren. Du kanntest sie nicht, weder du noch dein Volk, vor diesem. So harre denn aus, denn der Ausgang ist für die GottesEürchtigen.

11.50. "Und zu den Ad (entsandten Wir) ihren Bruder Hüd. Er sprach: ""O mein Volk, dienet Allah. Ihr habt keinen anderen Gott als Ihn. Ihr seid nichts als Erdichter."

11.51. O mein Volk, ich verlange von euch keinen Lohn dafür, siehe, mein Lohn ist einzig bei Dem, Der mich erschuf. Wollt ihr denn nicht begreifen?

11.52. "O mein Volk, erflehet Vergebung von eurem Herrn, dann bekehrt euch zu Ihm, Er wird Wolken über euch schicken mit reichlichen Regengüssen und wird eure Kraft mehren mit Kraft. So wendet euch nicht ab als Schuldige."""

11.53. "Sie sprachen: ""O Hüd, du hast uns kein deutliches Zeichen gebracht, und wir wollen unsere Götter nicht verlassen auf dein Wort, noch wollen wir dir glauben."

11.54. "Wir können nur sagen, daß einige unserer Götter dich mit einem Übel heimgesucht haben."" Er antwortete: ""Ich rufe Allah zurn Zeugen, und bezeuget auch ihr, daß ich keinen Teil habe an dem, was ihr anbetet"

11.55. Statt Ihn. So schmiedet denn Pläne wider mich, ihr alle und gönnet mir keine Frist.

11.56. Ich aber vertraue auf Allah, meinen Herrn und euren Herrn. Kein Geschöpf bewegt sich (auf Erden), das Er nicht an der Stirnlocke hielte. Siehe, mein Herr ist auf dem geraden Weg.

11.57. "Wenn ihr euch nun abkehrt, so habe ich euch schon überbracht, womit ich zu euch entsandt ward, und mein Herr wird ein anderes Volk an eure Stelle setzen. Und ihr könnt Ihm keineswegs schaden. Wahrlich, mein Herr ist Hüter über alle Dinße."""

11.58. Als Unser Befehl kam, da erretteten Wir Hüd und die mit ihm gläubig waren, durch Unsere Barmherzigkeit. Und Wir erretteten sie vor schwerer Pein.

11.59. Diese waren die Ad. Sie leugneten die Zeichen ihres Herrn und gehorchten nicht Seinen Gesandten und folgten der Auf forderung eines jeden hochmütigen Feindes (der Wahrlheit).

11.60. Ein Fluch vertolgte sie in dieser Welt, und am Tage der Auferstehung. Siehe, die Ad haben sich undankbar erwiesen gegen ihren Herrn. Siehe, verstoßen sind die Ad, das Vilk Hüds.

11.61. "Und zu den Thamüd (entsandten Wir) ihren Bruder Sáleh. Er sprach: ""O mein Volk, dienet Allah, ihr habt keinen andern Gott als Ihn. Er hat euch aus der Erde hervorgebracht und euch darauf eine Stätte gegeben. So erflehet Vergebung von Ihm, dann bekehrt euch zu Ihm. Wahrlich, mein Herr ist nahe (und) erhört die Gebete."""

11.62. "Sie sprachen: ""O Sáleh, du warst vordem unter uns der Mittelpunkt der Hoffnung. Willst du uns verwehren, das anzubeten, was unsere Väter anbeteten? Und wir sind wahrhaftig in beunruhigendem Zweifel über das, wozu du uns aufforderst."""

11.63. "Er sprach: ""O mein Volk, saget an: wenn ich einen klaren Beweis von meinem Herrn habe, und Er hat mir Seine Barmherzigkeit erwiesen, wer wird mir dann helfen wider Allah, wenn ich Ihm ungehorsam bin? So würdet ihr nur mein Verderben herbeiführen."

11.64. "O mein Volk, dies ist die Kamelstute Allahs als ein Zeichen für euch, so lasset sie auf Allahs Erde weiden und fügt ihr kein Leid zu, damit euch nicht baldige Strafe erfasse."""

11.65. "Doch sie zerschnitten ihr die Sehnen, da sprach er: ""Ergötzet euch in euren Häusern (noch) drei Tage. Das ist eine Versprechung, nicht zu verleugnen."""

11.66. Als nun Unser Befehl eintraf, da erretteten Wir Sáleh und die mit ihm gläubig waren, durch Unsere Barmherzigkeit, und (Wir erretteten sie) vor der Schmach jenes Tags. Wahrlich, dein Herr ist der Starke, der Allmächtige.

11.67. Und die Strafe ereilte jene, die gefrevelt hatten, und sie lagen in ihren Häusern hingestreckt auf ihrer Brust,

11.68. Als hätten sie nie darin gewohnt. Siehe, die Thamüd zeigten sich undankbar gegen ihren Herrn, siehe, verstoßen sind die Thamüd.

11.69. "Es kamen Unsere Gesandten zu Abraham mit froher Botschaft. Sie sprachen: ""Friede!"" Er antwortete: ""Friede!"", und er säumte nicht, ein gebratenes Kalb zu bringen."

11.70. "Doch als er sah, daß ihre Hände sich nicht danach ausstreckten, fand er sie befremdend und empfand Furcht vor ihnen. Sie sprachen: ""Fürchte dich nicht, denn siehe, wir sind zum Volke Lots entsandt."""

11.71. Und sein Weib stand (daneben), auch sie war von Furcht erfüllt, woraufhin Wir ihr die frohe Botschaft von Isaak, und nach Isaak von Jakob verkündeten.

11.72. "Sie sprach: ""Ach, weh mir! Soll ich ein Kind gebären, wo ich eine alte Frau bin, und dieser mein Ehegemahl ist ein Greis? Das ist fürwahr ein seltsam Ding."""

11.73. "Da sprachen jene: ""Wunderst du dich über den Ratschluß Allahs? Allahs Gnade und Seine Segnungen sind über euch, o Bewohner des Hauses. Wahrlich, Er ist preiswürdig, ruhmvoll """

11.74. Als die Furcht von Abraham gewichen war und die frohe Botschaft zu ihm kam, da begann er, mit Uns zu streiten über das Volk Lots.

11.75. Wahrlich, Abraham war milde, mitleidig, Gott zugewandt.

11.76. O Abraham, steh ab von diesem. Siehe, schon ist deines Herrn Befehl ergangen, und über sie bricht ganz gewiß unabwendbare Strafe herein.

11.77. "Als Unsere Gesandten zu Lot kamen, betrübte er sich ihretwegen und fühlte sich hilflos um ihretwillen und sprach: ""Das ist ein unheilvoller Tag."""

11.78. "Und sein Volk kam zornbebend zu ihm gelaufen, und schon zuvor hatten sie Böses verübt Er sprach: ""O mein Volk, dies hier sind meine Töchter, sie sind reiner für euch. So fürchtet Allah und bringt nicht Schande über mich in Gegenwart meiner Gäste. Ist denn kein vernünftiger Mann unter euch?"""

11.79. "Sie antworteten: ""Du weißt recht wohl, daß wir kein Anrecht auf deine Töchter haben, und du weißt auch, was wir wünschen."""

11.80. "Er sprach: ""Hätte ich doch die Macht, euch aufzuhalten, oder könnte ich mich nach einer starken Stütze wenden!"""

11.81. "Sie sprachen: ""O Lot, wir sind Gesandte deines Herrn. Sie sollen dich nimmermehr erreichen. So mache dich auf mit den Deinen in einem Teile der Nacht, und niemand von euch wende sich um als dein Weib. Gewiß, was jene dort treffen wird, das wird auch sie treffen. Siehe, der Morgen ist ihre festgesetzte Frist. Ist nicht der Morgen nah?"""

11.82. Als nun Unser Befehl eintraf, da kehrten Wir in dieser (Stadt) das Oberste zuunterst und ließen auf sie Backsteine niedergehen Schicht auf Schicht,

11.83. Gezeichnet (für sie) bei deinem Herrn. Und das ist nicht fern von den Frevlern.

11.84. "Und zu Midian (entsandten Wir) ihren Bruder Schoäb. Er sprach: ""O mein Volk, dienet Allah. Ihr habt keinen anderen Gott als Ihn. Und verkürzt nicht Maß und Gewicht. Ich sehe euch im Wohlsein, aber ich fürchte für euch die Strafe eines vernichtenden Tags."

11.85. O mein Volk, gebt volles Maß und Gewicht nach Richtigkeit und betrügt nicht die Menschen um ihr Eigentum und verübt nicht Unheil auf Erden, indem ihr Unfrieden stiftet.

11.86. "Das, was Allah (bei euch) ließ, ist besser für euch, wenn ihr Gläubige seid. Und ich bin nicht ein Wächter über euch."""

11.87. "Sie antworteten: ""O Schoäb, heißt dich dein Gebet, daß wir verlassen sollten, was unsere Väter anbeteten, oder daß wir aufhören, mit unserem Besitz zu tun, was uns gefällt? Du bist doch fürwahr klug (und) rechten Sinnes!"""

11.88. "Er sprach: ""O mein Volk, saget an: wenn ich einen deutlichen Beweis habe von meinem Herrn, und Er hat mir eine schöne Versorgung von Sich aus bereitet (was für eine Antwort wollt ihr Gott geben)? Und ich mochte nicht gegen euch eben das tun, was ich euch zu unterlassen bitte. Ich will nur Besserung, soweit ich kann. Es ist keine Macht in mir als durch Allah. Auf Ihn vertraue ich und zu Ihm wende ich mich."

11.89. O mein Volk, möge die Feindseligkeit gegen mich euch nicht dazu führen, daß euch das gleiche trifft, wie das, was das Volk Noahs oder das Volk Hüds oder das Volk Sálehs getroffen hat, und doch ist das Volk Lots von euch nicht fern.

11.90. "Und sucht eures Herrn Vergebung, dann bekehrt euch zu Ihm. Vahrlich, mein Herr ist barmherzig, liebevoll."""

11.91. "Sie antworteten: ""O Schoäb, wir verstehen nicht viel von dem was du sprichst, und wir sehen bloß, daß du schwach bist unter uns. Und wäre nicht dein Stamm, wir würden dich steinigen. Und du hast keine starke Stellung unter uns."""

11.92. "Er sprach: ""O mein Volk, ist mein Stamm geehrter bei euch als Allah? Und ihr nehmt Ihn als hinter euren Rücken. Doch wahrlich, mein Herr umfaßt alles, was ihr tut."

11.93. "O mein Volk, handelt nach eurem Vermögen, auch ich handle. Bald werdet ihr erfahren, auf wen eine Strafe niederfallen wird, die ihn schändet, und wer ein Lügner ist. Und wartet nur, siehe, ich warte mit euch."""

11.94. Und als Unser Befehl eintraf, da erretteten Wir Schoäb und die mit ihm gläubig gewesen waren, durch Unsere Barmherzigkeit, und die Strafe erfaßte die, welche gefrevelt hatten, so daß sie auf ihrer Brust hingestreckt in ihren Häusern lagen,

11.95. Als hätten sie niemals darin gewohnt. Siehe, Midian ward verstoßen gerade so, wie (das Volk) Thamüd verstoßen worden war.

11.96. Wahrlich, Wir entsandten Moses mit Unseren Zeichen und offenbarem Beweis

11.97. Zu Pharao und seinen Häuptern, jedoch sie folgten Pharaos Befehl, und Pharaos Befehl war keineswegs gerecht.

11.98. Vorangehen soll er seinem Volk am Tage der Auferstehung und sie hinabführen in das Feuer. Und schlimm ist die Tränke, wohin (sie) gelangen.

11.99. Und ein Fluch verfolgte sie hienieden, und am Tage der Auferstehung. Schlimm ist die Gabe, die (ihnen) gegeben wird.

11.100. Das ist von der Kunde der (zerstörten) Städte, die Wir dir erzählen. Manche von ihnen stehen noch aufrecht da, und (manche) sind niedergemäht worden.

11.101. Nicht Wir taten ihnen Unrecht, sondern sie taten sich selber Unrecht an, und ihre Götter, die sie statt Allah anriefen, nützten ihnen ganz und gar nicht, als deines Herrn Befehl eintraf, sie mehrten nur ihr Verderben.

11.102. Also ist der Griff deines Herrn, wenn Er die Städte erfaßt, weil sie freveln. Wahrlich, Sein Griff ist schmerzhaft, strenge.

11.103. Darin ist doch gewiß ein Zeichen für den, der die Strafe des Jenseits fürchtet. Das ist ein Tag, an dem die Menschen versammelt werden sollen, und das ist ein Tag, von dem (sie) Zeugen sein werden.

11.104. Und Wir verschieben ihn nur bis zu einer berechneten Frist.

11.105. Wenn jener Tag kommt, dann wird keine Seele sprechen, es sei denn mit Seiner Erlaubnis, dann sollen die einen von ihnen unselig sein und (die andern) glückselig.

11.106. Was nun die betrifft, die unselig sein sollen, so werden sie ins Feuer gelangen, worinnen für sie Seufzen und Schluchzen sein wird,

11.107. Darin zu bleiben, solange die Himmel und die Erde dauern, es sei denn, daß dein Herr es anders will. Wahrlich, dein Herr bewirkt alles, was Ihm gefällt.

11.108. Was aber die anlangt, die glückselig sein sollen, sie werden in den Himmel kommen, darin zu weilen, solange die Himmel und die Erde dauern, es sei denn, daß dein Herr es anders will - eine Gabe, die nicht unterbrochen werden soll.

11.109. Sei darum nicht im Zweifel darüber, was diese Leute verehren, sie verehren nur, was ihre Väter zuvor verehrten, und Wir wollen ihnen wahrlich ihren vollen Anteil unverkürzt gewähren.

11.110. Und ganz gewiß haben Wir Moses die Schrift gegeben, doch dann entstand Uneinigkeit über sie, und wäre nicht schon zuvor ein Wort von deinem Herrn ergangen, es wäre zwischen ihnen entschieden, und (jetzt) sind sie in beunruhigendem Zweifel darüber.

11.111. Und sicherlich, (die Werke von) all (diesen sind) noch nicht (vergolten worden), doch dein Herr wird ihnen sicherlich ihre Werke vergelten. Siehe, Er ist wohl eingedenk alles dessen, was sie tun.

11.112. Sei darum aufrecht, wie dir geboten ward, du und wer sich mit dir bekehrt hat. Und überschreitet nicht die Grenzen, wahrlich, Er sieht, was ihr tut.

11.113. Und neigt euch nicht zu den Ungerechten, damit euch das Feuer nicht erfasse. Und ihr werdet keine Freunde haben außer Allah, noch wird euch geholfen werden.

11.114. Und verrichte das Gebet an den beiden Enden des Tags, und in den Stunden der Nacht (die dem Tage näher sind). Wahrlich, die guten Werke vertreiben die bösen. Das ist eine Ermahnung für die Nachdenklichen

11.115. Und sei standhaft, denn Allah läßt den Lohn der Rechtschaffenen nicht verloren gehen.

11.116. Warum waren denn unter den Geschlechtern vor euch nicht Leute von Verstand, die der Verderbtheit auf Erden hätten steuern können - ausgenommen einige wenige derer, die Wir aus ihrer Zahl erretteten? Doch die Frevler folgten dem, was ihnen Genuß und Behagen versprach, und sie wurden schuldig.

11.117. Und dein Herr ist nicht so geartet, daß Er die Städte in Ungerechtigkeit zerstören würde, wenn ihre Bewohner rechtschaffen wären.

11.118. Und hätte dein Herr Seinen Willen erzwungen, wahrlich, Er hätte die Menschen alle zu einer einzigen Gemeinde gemacht, doch sie wollten nicht ablassen, uneins zu sein,

11.119. "Die allein ausgenommen, deren dein Herr Sich erbarmt hat, und dazu hat Er sie erschaffen. Doch das Wort deines Herrn soll erfüllt werden: ""Wahrlich, Ich will die Hölle füllen mit Dschinn und Menschen insgesamt."""

11.120. Und all die Kunde von den Gesandten, womit Wir dein Herz festigen, Wir erzählen sie dir. Und hierin ist die Wahrheit zu dir gekommen und eine Ermahnung und eine Erinnerung für die Gläubigen.

11.121. "Sprich zu denen, die nicht glauben: ""Handelt nach eurem Vermögen, auch wir handeln."

11.122. "Und wartet nur, auch wir warten."""

11.123. Und Allahs ist das Verborgene in den Himmeln und auf der Erde, und zu Ihm soll die ganze Sache zurückgebracht werden. So bete Ihn an und vertraue auf Ihn, und dein Herr ist nicht achtlos eures Tuns.

11.3. Waani istaghfiroo rabbakum thumma tooboo ilayhi yumattiAAkum mataAAan hasanan ila ajalin musamman wayu/ti kulla thee fadlin fadlahu wa-in tawallaw fa-inee akhafu AAalaykum AAathaba yawmin kabeerin

11.4. Ila Allahi marjiAAukum wahuwa AAala kulli shay-in qadeerun

11.5. Ala innahum yathnoona sudoorahum liyastakhfoo minhu ala heena yastaghshoona thiyabahum yaAAlamu ma yusirroona wama yuAAlinoona innahu AAaleemun bithati alssudoori

11.6. Wama min dabbatin fee al-ardi illa AAala Allahi rizquha wayaAAlamu mustaqarraha wamustawdaAAaha kullun fee kitabin mubeenin

11.7. Wahuwa allathee khalaqa alssamawati waal-arda fee sittati ayyamin wakana AAarshuhu AAala alma-i liyabluwakum ayyukum ahsanu AAamalan wala-in qulta innakum mabAAoothoona min baAAdi almawti layaqoolanna allatheena kafaroo in hatha illa sihrun mubeenun

11.8. Wala-in akhkharna AAanhumu alAAathaba ila ommatin maAAdoodatin layaqoolunna ma yahbisuhu ala yawma ya/teehim laysa masroofan AAanhum wahaqa bihim ma kanoo bihi yastahzi-oona

11.9. Wala-in athaqna al-insana minna rahmatan thumma nazaAAnaha minhu innahu layaoosun kafoorun

11.10. Wala-in athaqnahu naAAmaa baAAda darraa massat-hu layaqoolanna thahaba alssayyi-atu AAannee innahu lafarihun fakhoorun

11.11. Illa allatheena sabaroo waAAamiloo alssalihati ola-ika lahum maghfiratun waajrun kabeerun

11.12. FalaAAallaka tarikun baAAda ma yooha ilayka wada-iqun bihi sadruka an yaqooloo lawla onzila AAalayhi kanzun aw jaa maAAahu malakun innama anta natheerun waAllahu AAala kulli shay-in wakeelun

11.13. Am yaqooloona iftarahu qul fa/too biAAashri suwarin mithlihi muftarayatin waodAAoo mani istataAAtum min dooni Allahi in kuntum sadiqeena

11.14. Fa-illam yastajeeboo lakum faiAAlamoo annama onzila biAAilmi Allahi waan la ilaha illa huwa fahal antum muslimoona

11.19. Allatheena yasuddoona AAan sabeeli Allahi wayabghoonaha AAiwajan wahum bial-akhirati hum kafiroona

11.20. Ola-ika lam yakoonoo muAAjizeena fee al-ardi wama kana lahum min dooni Allahi min awliyaa yudaAAafu lahumu alAAathabu ma kanoo yastateeAAoona alssamAAa wama kanoo yubsiroona

11.21. Ola-ika allatheena khasiroo anfusahum wadalla AAanhum ma kanoo yaftaroona

11.22. La jarama annahum fee al-akhirati humu al-akhsaroona

11.23. Inna allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alsalihati waakhbatoo ila rabbihim ola-ika as-habu aljannati hum feeha khalidoona

11.24. Mathalu alfareeqayni kaal-aAAma waal-asammi waalbaseeri waalssameeAAi hal yastawiyani mathalan afala tathakkaroona

11.25. Walaqad arsalna noohan ila qawmihi innee lakum natheerun mubeenun

11.26. An la taAAbudoo illa Allaha innee akhafu AAalaykum AAathaba yawmin aleemin

11.27. Faqala almalao allatheena kafaroo min qawmihi ma naraka illa basharan mithlana wama naraka ittabaAAaka illa allatheena hum arathiluna badiya alrra/yi wama nara lakum AAalayna min fadlin bal nathunnukum kathibeena

11.28. Qala ya qawmi araaytum in kuntu AAala bayyinatin min rabbee waatanee rahmatan min AAindihi faAAummiyat AAalaykum anulzimukumooha waantum laha karihoona

11.29. Waya qawmi la as-alukum AAalayhi malan in ajriya illa AAala Allahi wama ana bitaridi allatheena amanoo innahum mulaqoo rabbihim walakinnee arakum qawman tajhaloona

11.30. Waya qawmi man yansurunee mina Allahi in taradtuhum afala tathakkaroona

11.31. Wala aqoolu lakum AAindee khaza-inu Allahi wala aAAlamu alghayba wala aqoolu innee malakun wala aqoolu lillatheena tazdaree aAAyunukum lan yu/tiyahumu Allahu khayran Allahu aAAlamu bima fee anfusihim innee ithan lamina alththalimeena

11.32. Qaloo ya noohu qad jadaltana faaktharta jidalana fa/tina bima taAAiduna in kunta mina alssadiqeena

11.33. Qala innama ya/teekum bihi Allahu in shaa wama antum bimuAAjizeena

11.34. Wala yanfaAAukum nushee in aradtu an ansaha lakum in kana Allahu yureedu an yughwiyakum huwa rabbukum wa-ilayhi turjaAAoona

11.35. Am yaqooloona iftarahu qul ini iftaraytuhu faAAalayya ijramee waana baree-on mimma tujrimoona

11.36. Waoohiya ila noohin annahu lan yu/mina min qawmika illa man qad amana fala tabta-is bima kanoo yafAAaloona

11.37. WaisnaAAi alfulka bi-aAAyunina wawahyina wala tukhatibnee fee allatheena thalamoo innahum mughraqoona

11.38. WayasnaAAu alfulka wakullama marra AAalayhi malaon min qawmihi sakhiroo minhu qala in taskharoo minna fa-inna naskharu minkum kama taskharoona

11.39. Fasawfa taAAlamoona man ya/teehi AAathabun yukhzeehi wayahillu AAalayhi AAathabun muqeemun

11.40. Hatta itha jaa amruna wafara alttannooru qulna ihmil feeha min kullin zawjayni ithnayni waahlaka illa man sabaqa AAalayhi alqawlu waman amana wama amana maAAahu illa qaleelun

11.41. Waqala irkaboo feeha bismi Allahi majraha wamursaha inna rabbee laghafoorun raheemun

11.42. Wahiya tajree bihim fee mawjin kaaljibali wanada noohunu ibnahu wakana fee maAAzilin ya bunayya irkab maAAana wala takun maAAa alkafireena

11.43. Qala saawee ila jabalin yaAAsimunee mina alma-i qala la AAasima alyawma min amri Allahi illa man rahima wahala baynahuma almawju fakana mina almughraqeena

11.44. Waqeela ya ardu iblaAAee maaki waya samao aqliAAee wagheeda almao waqudiya al-amru waistawat AAala aljoodiyyi waqeela buAAdan lilqawmi alththalimeena

11.45. Wanada noohun rabbahu faqala rabbi inna ibnee min ahlee wa-inna waAAdaka alhaqqu waanta ahkamu alhakimeena

11.46. Qala ya noohu innahu laysa min ahlika innahu AAamalun ghayru salihin fala tas-alni ma laysa laka bihi AAilmun innee aAAithuka an takoona mina aljahileena

11.47. Qala rabbi innee aAAoothu bika an as-alaka ma laysa lee bihi AAilmun wa-illa taghfir lee watarhamnee akun mina alkhasireena

11.49. Tilka min anba-i alghaybi nooheeha ilayka ma kunta taAAlamuha anta wala qawmuka min qabli hatha faisbir inna alAAaqibata lilmuttaqeena

11.50. Wa-ila AAadin akhahum hoodan qala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allaha ma lakum min ilahin ghayruhu in antum illa muftaroona

11.51. Ya qawmi la as-alukum AAalayhi ajran in ajriya illa AAala allathee fataranee afala taAAqiloona

11.52. Waya qawmi istaghfiroo rabbakum thumma tooboo ilayhi yursili alssamaa AAalaykum midraran wayazidkum quwwatan ila quwwatikum wala tatawallaw mujrimeena

11.53. Qaloo ya hoodu ma ji/tana bibayyinatin wama nahnu bitarikee alihatina AAan qawlika wama nahnu laka bimu/mineena

11.54. In naqoolu illa iAAtaraka baAAdu alihatina bisoo-in qala innee oshhidu Allaha waishhadoo annee baree-on mimma tushrikoona

11.55. Min doonihi fakeedoonee jameeAAan thumma la tunthirooni

11.56. Innee tawakkaltu AAala Allahi rabbee warabbikum ma min dabbatin illa huwa akhithun binasiyatiha inna rabbee AAala siratin mustaqeemin

11.57. Fa-in tawallaw faqad ablaghtukum ma orsiltu bihi ilaykum wayastakhlifu rabbee qawman ghayrakum wala tadurroonahu shay-an inna rabbee AAala kulli shay-in hafeethun

11.58. Walamma jaa amruna najjayna hoodan waallatheena amanoo maAAahu birahmatin minna wanajjaynahum min AAathabin ghaleethin

11.59. Watilka AAadun jahadoo bi-ayati rabbihim waAAasaw rusulahu waittabaAAoo amra kulli jabbarin AAaneedin

11.60. WaotbiAAoo fee hathihi alddunya laAAnatan wayawma alqiyamati ala inna AAadan kafaroo rabbahum ala buAAdan liAAadin qawmi hoodin

11.61. Wa-ila thamooda akhahum salihan qala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allaha ma lakum min ilahin ghayruhu huwa anshaakum mina al-ardi waistaAAmarakum feeha faistaghfiroohu thumma tooboo ilayhi inna rabbee qareebun mujeebun

11.62. Qaloo ya salihu qad kunta feena marjuwwan qabla hatha atanhana an naAAbuda ma yaAAbudu abaona wa-innana lafee shakkin mimma tadAAoona ilayhi mureebun

11.63. Qala ya qawmi araaytum in kuntu AAala bayyinatin min rabbee waatanee minhu rahmatan faman yansurunee mina Allahi in AAasaytuhu fama tazeedoonanee ghayra takhseerin

11.64. Waya qawmi hathihi naqatu Allahi lakum ayatan fatharooha ta/kul fee ardi Allahi wala tamassooha bisoo-in faya/khuthakum AAathabun qareebun

11.65. FaAAaqarooha faqala tamattaAAoo fee darikum thalathata ayyamin thalika waAAdun ghayru makthoobin

11.66. Falamma jaa amruna najjayna salihan waallatheena amanoo maAAahu birahmatin minna wamin khizyi yawmi-ithin inna rabbaka huwa alqawiyyu alAAazeezu

11.67. Waakhatha allatheena thalamoo alssayhatu faasbahoo fee diyarihim jathimeena

11.68. Kaan lam yaghnaw feeha ala inna thamooda kafaroo rabbahum ala buAAdan lithamooda

11.69. Walaqad jaat rusuluna ibraheema bialbushra qaloo salaman qala salamun fama labitha an jaa biAAijlin haneethin

11.70. Falamma raa aydiyahum la tasilu ilayhi nakirahum waawjasa minhum kheefatan qaloo la takhaf inna orsilna ila qawmi lootin

11.71. Waimraatuhu qa-imatun fadahikat fabashsharnaha bi-ishaqa wamin wara-i ishaqa yaAAqooba

11.72. Qalat ya waylata aalidu waana AAajoozun wahatha baAAlee shaykhan inna hatha lashay-on AAajeebun

11.73. Qaloo ataAAjabeena min amri Allahi rahmatu Allahi wabarakatuhu AAalaykum ahla albayti innahu hameedun majeedun

11.74. Falamma thahaba AAan ibraheema alrrawAAu wajaat-hu albushra yujadiluna fee qawmi lootin

11.75. Inna ibraheema lahaleemun awwahun muneebun

11.76. Ya ibraheemu aAArid AAan hatha innahu qad jaa amru rabbika wa-innahum ateehim AAathabun ghayru mardoodin

11.77. Walamma jaat rusuluna lootan see-a bihim wadaqa bihim tharAAan waqala hatha yawmun AAaseebun

11.78. Wajaahu qawmuhu yuhraAAoona ilayhi wamin qablu kanoo yaAAmaloona alssayyi-ati qala ya qawmi haola-i banatee hunna atharu lakum faittaqoo Allaha wala tukhzooni fee dayfee alaysa minkum rajulun rasheedun

11.79. Qaloo laqad AAalimta ma lana fee banatika min haqqin wa-innaka lataAAlamu ma nureedu

11.80. Qala law anna lee bikum quwwatan aw awee ila ruknin shadeedin

11.81. Qaloo ya lootu inna rusulu rabbika lan yasiloo ilayka faasri bi-ahlika biqitAAin mina allayli wala yaltafit minkum ahadun illa imraataka innahu museebuha ma asabahum inna mawAAidahumu alssubhu alaysa alssubhu biqareebin

11.82. Falamma jaa amruna jaAAalna AAaliyaha safilaha waamtarna AAalayha hijaratan min sijjeelin mandoodin

11.83. Musawwamatan AAinda rabbika wama hiya mina alththalimeena bibaAAeedin

11.84. Wa-ila madyana akhahum shuAAayban qala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allaha ma lakum min ilahin ghayruhu wala tanqusoo almikyala waalmeezana innee arakum bikhayrin wa-innee akhafu AAalaykum AAathaba yawmin muheetin

11.85. Waya qawmi awfoo almikyala waalmeezana bialqisti wala tabkhasoo alnnasa ashyaahum wala taAAthaw fee al-ardi mufsideena

11.86. Baqiyyatu Allahi khayrun lakum in kuntum mu/mineena wama ana AAalaykum bihafeethin

11.87. Qaloo ya shuAAaybu asalatuka ta/muruka an natruka ma yaAAbudu abaona aw an nafAAala fee amwalina ma nashao innaka laanta alhaleemu alrrasheedu

11.88. Qala ya qawmi araaytum in kuntu AAala bayyinatin min rabbee warazaqanee minhu rizqan hasanan wama oreedu an okhalifakum ila ma anhakum AAanhu in oreedu illa al-islaha ma istataAAtu wama tawfeeqee illa biAllahi AAalayhi tawakkaltu wa-ilayhi oneebu

11.89. Waya qawmi la yajrimannakum shiqaqee an yuseebakum mithlu ma asaba qawma noohin aw qawma hoodin aw qawma salihin wama qawmu lootin minkum bibaAAeedin

11.90. Waistaghfiroo rabbakum thumma tooboo ilayhi inna rabbee raheemun wadoodun

11.91. Qaloo ya shuAAaybu ma nafqahu katheeran mimma taqoolu wa-inna lanaraka feena daAAeefan walawla rahtuka larajamnaka wama anta AAalayna biAAazeezin

11.92. Qala ya qawmi arahtee aAAazzu AAalaykum mina Allahi waittakhathtumoohu waraakum thihriyyan inna rabbee bima taAAmaloona muheetun

11.93. Waya qawmi iAAmaloo AAala makanatikum innee AAamilun sawfa taAAlamoona man ya/teehi AAathabun yukhzeehi waman huwa kathibun wairtaqiboo inne maAAakum raqeebun

11.94. Walamma jaa amruna najjayna shuAAayban waallatheena amanoo maAAahu birahmatin minna waakhathati allatheena thalamoo alssayhatu faasbahoo fee diyarihim jathimeena

11.95. Kaan lam yaghnaw feeha ala buAAdan limadyana kama baAAidat thamoodu

11.96. Walaqad arsalna moosa bi-ayatina wasultanin mubeenin

11.97. Ila firAAawna wamala-ihi faittabaAAoo amra firAAawna wama amru firAAawna birasheedin

11.98. Yaqdumu qawmahu yawma alqiyamati faawradahumu alnnara wabi/sa alwirdu almawroodu

11.103. Inna fee thalika laayatan liman khafa AAathaba al-akhirati thalika yawmun majmooAAun lahu alnnasu wathalika yawmun mashhoodun

11.104. Wama nu-akhkhiruhu illa li-ajalin maAAdoodin

11.105. Yawma ya/ti la takallamu nafsun illa bi-ithnihi faminhum shaqiyyun wasaAAeedin

11.106. Faamma allatheena shaqoo fafee alnnari lahum feeha zafeerun washaheequn

11.107. Khalideena feeha ma damati alssamawatu waal-ardu illa ma shaa rabbuka inna rabbaka faAAAAalun lima yureedu

11.108. Waamma allatheena suAAidoo fafee aljannati khalideena feeha ma damati alssamawatu waal-ardu illa ma shaa rabbuka AAataan ghayra majthoothin

11.109. Fala taku fee miryatin mimma yaAAbudu haola-i ma yaAAbudoona illa kama yaAAbudu abaohum min qablu wa-inna lamuwaffoohum naseebahum ghayra manqoosin

11.110. Walaqad atayna moosa alkitaba faikhtulifa feehi walawla kalimatun sabaqat min rabbika laqudiya baynahum wa-innahum lafee shakkin minhu mureebun

11.111. Wa-inna kullan lamma layuwaffiyannahum rabbuka aAAmalahum innahu bima yaAAmaloona khabeerun

11.112. Faistaqim kama omirta waman taba maAAaka wala tatghaw innahu bima taAAmaloona baseerun

11.113. Wala tarkanoo ila allatheena thalamoo fatamassakumu alnnaru wama lakum min dooni Allahi min awliyaa thumma la tunsaroona

11.114. Waaqimi alssalata tarafayi alnnahari wazulafan mina allayli inna alhasanati yuthhibna alssayyi-ati thalika thikra lilththakireena

11.115. Waisbir fa-inna Allaha la yudeeAAu ajra almuhsineena

11.116. Falawla kana mina alqurooni min qablikum oloo baqiyyatin yanhawna AAani alfasadi fee al-ardi illa qaleelan mimman anjayna minhum waittabaAAa allatheena thalamoo ma otrifoo feehi wakanoo mujrimeena

11.117. Wama kana rabbuka liyuhlika alqura bithulmin waahluha muslihoona

11.118. Walaw shaa rabbuka lajaAAala alnnasa ommatan wahidatan wala yazaloona mukhtalifeena

11.119. Illa man rahima rabbuka walithalika khalaqahum watammat kalimatu rabbika laamlaanna jahannama mina aljinnati waalnnasi ajmaAAeena

11.120. Wakullan naqussu AAalayka min anba-i alrrusuli ma nuthabbitu bihi fu-adaka wajaaka fee hathihi alhaqqu wamawAAithatun wathikra lilmu/mineena
